So Who's Disappointed?

US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice expressed disappointment Wednesday at Russia's reaction to Washington's plans to install part of a missile defence shield in eastern Europe. Sez she:
I'm sorry to say it was predictable, if disappointing, given all the effort both US Defense Secretary (Robert) Gates and I have made to offer to the Russians significant ways for transparency, confidence and for cooperation.
She's disappointed? Well, cry me a river. Who on planet earth would have any confidence in what she or Gates have to say about anything? They are both puppets on a string.

Just what sort of effort have the two been laboring over in order to "offer" something significant to the Russians? Can't be much more than tossing around a few half-baked ideas(they're not working) in some conference room or office in Washington.

**Post Soviet reality? Can't have that. Stir it up, girl!**

Somebody ought to tell her how "disappointed" the entire planet is in her... And her total failure to accomplish anything of note, anything worthy of more than a passing note in history about her sex and race.
