Secretary of State Rice has been reported as telling a group of minority school children that the position of Secretary of State has not been held by a "white man" for twelve years.
I will bet you serious money that Rice would never make a statement like that to a room full of white children.
Secretary of State? First there was Colen Powell, an honorable, educated and intelligent black man, who resigned the position out of disgust, followed by Condi Rice, who has some papers indicating she has a PHD -- earned or not -- from somewhere in something or other, allowing her to be called "Doctor".
One step forward, two steps back.
