Not all the votes are even counted yet, but:
The Interior Department on Friday issued a final plan to close 1.6 million acres of federal land in the West originally slated for oil shale development.
The proposed plan would fence off a majority of the initial blueprint laid out in the final days of the George W. Bush administration. It faces a 30-day protest period and a 60-day process to ensure it is consistent with local and state policies. After that, the department would render a decision for implementation.
So much for Obama's promise to develop our own resources. This should help to demonstrate that anyone who believes a single thing Obama says is a fool.
I sure hope those idol worshipers and tree huggers like $10.00/$15.00 a gallon gas, because they certainly voted for it.
Oh yes... don't forget the coming brownouts and blackouts nationwide they voted for also, as that mad woman Lisa Jackson at the EPA closes more and more power plants.
Ir will be an amazing thing for the entire world to watch as America slowly grinds to a halt: Out of gas, out of electricity, out of jobs, out of money and out of luck.
