WASHINGTON (AP) — The House majority leader reluctantly agreed Tuesday that congressional hearings should investigate Speaker Nancy Pelosi's assertion that she wasn't informed, more than six years ago, that harsh interrogation methods were used on an al-Qaida leader.Wowzers... Dear Nancy was always insisted she knew nothing about any actual waterboarding, but the ranking Republican on the House committee at the time, Porter J. Goss of Florida, who later served as C.I.A. director, recalls a clear message that the methods would be used. Said Goss:
We were briefed, and we certainly understood what C.I.A. was doing. Not only was there no objection, there was actually concern about whether the agency was doing enough. The apparent Pelosi attitude to outright lying: If one has to lie in order to say what people want to hear or to make them feel good, then it's all OK.
Naturally, she wants us all to feel good - about her - so she can stay in power.

Latest word is, Obama doesn't want anymore Gitmo pics or details released.
No, he wants all this swept under the rug and forgotten, so similar - and probably more extreme - methods can be employed by his own goons and thugs when time comes to disarm and rob (or should I say finish robbing) the citizens.
Two sides of the same counterfeit coin, my friends.
