We how have the world's first 'gigayacht': A $100m+ luxury yacht with its own garden, pool and tennis court.
Can't help but wonder how top-heavy - and unseaworthy - all that dirt makes this thing.
One half-respectable wave and that "park" - grass, palm trees, gazebo and all - is in Davy Jone's locker. I can't imagine the owner taking this ultimate in expensive toys out into the open sea.

Those trees and bushes can be growing in hydroponic pots/containers. Thus they can be very light weight as hydroponics make for very light, small root balls. There is no soil involved, just water and chemicals. The grass can be growing in a lightweight medium as well.
Even easier to be washed overboard with any decent sized wave then, eh?
Thinking about that "lightweight medium" for the grass... Wouldn't that almost be like wading through a shallow swamp?

It's all astroturf!
It's alright...George W. Bush would just buy himself another one.
He can afford it with all the money his oil company middlemen pals and CEOnistas are sticking away for him in the Caymans.
Yea, what $4/gal. gas hath wrought!
