But strong signs point to a type of pesticide known as neonicotinoids, banned in France because the stuff, er, well, kills bees.Yep. No doubt it's some chemical waste product the big chemical companies have pawned off as an insecticide to get around the expense of toxic waste disposal, a typical stunt.
Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government.
