I Am The Law

Anderson, South Carolina
Anderson County Sheriff David Crenshaw has been driving for 14 months on an expired driver's license. And he said he flunked the driving test the first time he tried to get his license back.

Crenshaw calls it a mistake. He thought he had a 10-year license instead of a five-year license. Apparently, they quit sending out renewal notices. "I just wasn't aware that it had expired," he said.
You bet. But did he get a ticket and pay a fine? Did he go to jail--like Paris Hilton--for forgetting?

Reminds me of the Sheriff in that Macon County movie that leaned into the car window and said: "You in a heap a trouble, boy..."

This guy sounds like the prototype.

Chalk up another one for Johnny-Reb.
No wonder Bubba got his ass kicked in the Civil War!
But as long as he's a bureaucrat with a badge, it's okay to be stupid as a box of rocks.
