Nessie Surfaces For A Photo?

Another claimed photo of Nessie, the Loch Ness Monster, has surfaced(apparently along with Nessie).

Looking at it,  the ripples around the object in the photograph indicates to me that whatever it is just bobbing up and down in mostly the same spot, instead of leaving the wake of a moving animal, or model, or whatever.

Color me dubious. Without a head with eyes and mouth at one end or the other, this looks like it could easily be just a model towed out into the Loch and then they took photos while it was bobbing up and down.
