According to the Federal Register(takes about 30 seconds to look it up), Bush did indeed sign 291 Executive Orders between 2001 and 2009, eight years.
Obama - so far - has signed 148 Executive Orders between 2009 and 2013, four years.
Obama is on track to sign about 300 Executive Orders during his eight years as president, about the same as Bush.
The only subject I can find that comes close to the 26 Executive Orders mentioned above and signed by Obama is the 23 he has signed on gun control, all of them unconstitutional.

One thing Granny and I agree on: Bush The Lesser was without doubt one of our worst presidents. Almost all of his Executive Orders are unconstitutional. He got us into two unwinnable wars using lies, misinformation and deceit. He refused to take out Osama Bin Laden during numerous opportunities because Osama was a great propaganda tool that Bush used to support his illegal wars. For all we know, Bin Laden was killed at Tora Bora almost a decade ago, and the federal government just kept it a secret until Obama needed some positive press.
But something Granny hasn't recognized yet... Obama is just as bad, probably worse.

czar: one having great power and authority.
tyrant: an absolute ruler unrestrained by law or constitution.
Both Bush and Obama have ignored the Constitution and the rule of law. Both men qualify as a czar and tyrant. Both men should be tried and executed for treason. Neither will.
Granny seems a good old gal solidly founded in home and family. Perhaps one day she will realize that the federal government, not just Bush or Obama, but the Republicans and Democrats in Congress - the whole damned bunch - are rapidly destroying both.
I read Grannys post every week to see if there are overt signs of illumination and realization that she has been bilked, cheated and lied to all her life... just like the rest of us.

Bush was a whored out quisling & master of deceit because he couldn't come right out and tell America he was whored out to the BanKhazar One-Worlders.
0bama makes no such pretenses: He is a flaming red atheistic Communist, solidly in the back pockets of the Rothschilds via their American fellow travellers Goldman-Sachs & George Soros, and doesn't even try to hide it, because he presumes all the SHEEPle are asleep or sleepwalking in goose-step.
That will be his ruin!
