United States first lady Laura Bush has been welcomed to the backblocks of war-weary Afghanistan by New Zealand troops, who performed a haka.

Can you believe that this is Laura Bush's third visit to Afghanistan?


And is she visiting American troops? No, she spending her time with nalf-naked New Zealand bushmen that this administration likes to call "allies", who do primitive dances - like the Haka - for her personal pleasure.

She has no business whatever in Afghanistan, none. Let her do what other frustrated American wives do... watch the bulked-out steroid-using WWF hunks and their wrestling soap operas.

But then again, maybe trips like this is what she does when her husband trots off someplace to hook up with his favorite rice dish.

Bush has spent us into the deepest financial hole in the history of the world, so I guess a few hundred thousand more taxpayer dollars here and there so he and his family can see the world is peanuts by comparision.
