Democratic leaders have had little time to craft a new position for their party since passing a tax deal Tuesday that will raise $620 billion in revenue over the next ten years.
The emerging consensus, however, is that the next installment of deficit reduction should reach $2 trillion and about half of it should come from higher taxes.

Good grief, when is this insanity going to stop?
When are we finally going to wake up and get rid of the lunatics in Washington and iu our State houses?
These people need to be dragged out of their plush taxpayer-provided offices and sent packing. More than a few need to be sent to jail. A few need to be tried and executed for treason.
No matter your personal background or political leanings, if you are an American citizen, you need to realize that this Administration, this Congress, this Supreme Court, and the horde of unnamed bureaucrats in the present government - at all levels - are out of control. They are no longer concerned about your future, have no interest in defending you, your family or your possessions, and need to be replaced totally... from the very top to the bottom.
The United States Constitution provides for just such an event - even expected it - so we would be fully within our rights to take such action.
We don't need to replace our form of government. All we need do is get rid of the people in it who are abusing it. There's only a few hundred of them that are actually ruining the nation. Let's clean them out, send them packing, and never let them near a public office ever again.
And while we're at it, let's get rid of all those lobbyists - foreign and domestic - that have been having their way with our laws and our government.
I know, I'm daydreaming. The average American citizen has been so brainwashed and pussified he will just sit idly by as they destroy his money, confiscate his possessions, regulate him into total insignificance, turn his children against him, and drive him into poverty.
The Russians are laughing... loudly.

Herein lies the problem:
How does a politician get the millions or billions required to mount a successful (re)election campaign? From the jewsmedia, banKhazars & other big-money Khazakhs & good-credit Papists who "advance" it.
Politicians are middle-men. They don't run anything, they just manage what the old-money filthy-rich own via indebtedness to them. Bottom line, any politician you elect is going to be owned by the same bastards who owned the one you just booted out.
How else do you explain the fact that, no matter how many times we change Presidents or Congresses, we keep moving toward tyranny?
The OMFR already have all the money. What they want now is absolute power.
And they almost have, through banks & loans, what they could never get through tanks & bombs!
