Must Be From California Originally

A Dallas woman,Chris Daniel, has filed a lawsuit seeking six figures from a former neighbor and landlord for damage she says was caused by cigarette smoke wafting through adjoining walls of her high-end townhome.

A manager and attorney for Estancia Townhomes, a 52-building community near Prestonwood Country Club in North Dallas, said it's unlikely the Daniels sustained any smoke damage. There is a solid, two-hour fire wall from the foundation to the roof between each of the homes.

None the less, Daniel and her daughter posed for the below photograph to demonstrate their distress by wearing gas masks.

Tacky at best... If I was the person that had filed this nuisance lawsuit, I'd hide my face also.

A little tidbit perhaps Daniel didn't want published:
And even if some smell did seep through, the Daniels renewed their lease at Estancia – where smoking is permitted – six months after they say the problem began.
There's a lot more to this story, read the article. See how the complex managers tried to accommodate these two incredibly sensitive females. The next-door neighbor, the smoker, even moved to another part of the complex last June.
"We've done more for these people than we've ever done for anyone else," Lott said. "I don't think it's possible to satisfy them."
Maybe not, when hundreds of thousands of dollars are at stake.

It's not so much about the sensitive little noses here as it is about the big greedy wallets.

Of course, these liberated femiNazis seeking to Live Off Others Thoughtlessly could just as well have come from Jew Yakh, especially Jew Yakh City, where such leftist fanaticism and avarice are also commonplace.
Seeing as how we're talking about the American female here, we can't rule out money being secondary, and the real, driving force being the tyrannic lust to control or ruin the lives, liberty and happiness of others.
