HR645

HR 645 the National Emergency Centers Establishment Act is a proposed bill in the U.S. House of Representatives that would authorize FEMA to build no less than six National Emergency Centers throughout the U.S. on closed or open military facilities. These facilities are to be designed to house large numbers of people. Why would emergency centers need to be built on closed or open military facilities unless there was a need to keep people from coming in and out of them?

Simple... The ones being built on open military bases will house actual victims of flood, hurricane, earthquake, etc.

The ones being built on closed military bases - actually internment camps - will be used to house large numbers of political dissidents, so-called terrorists and other individuals the U.S. government wants locked up.

But no, you say, they will be built on military bases because military bases are on land already owned by the government. Well, over 60% of the land in America is already owned by the government, much of it better situated for these "camps" than isolated an obsolete military bases, many of which are now designated EPA contaminated sites.

Along with Obama's upcoming army of armed blacks from ACORN, the Black Panthers, etc., in his so-called national civilian security force, these six or more internment camps make it look like we are headed for a total dictatorship in America.

A chant being used by blacks across the nation:

WHO ARE WE?
ACORN!
WHAT DO WE WANT?
JUSTICE!
WHEN DO WE WANT IT?
NOW!
There's a real warning sign of disaster for us all in that... Better start paying attention to this "Nation of Islam" sort of nightmare Obama is working on.

Baa baa black sheep
Have you any wool?
Yes sir, yes sir
Three bags full.
One for my master,
One for my dame,
And one for the little boy
Who lives down the lane.
If you are letting the wool be pulled over your eyes, check to see which sheep it came from.

Addendem:

HR645 was introduced by black Congressman Alcee L. Hastings (D-Fla), a convicted criminal. It has no co-sponsors. In 1988, the Democratic-controlled U.S. House of Representatives impeached Hastings for bribery and perjury by a vote of 413-3. He was then convicted in 1989 by the United States Senate, becoming the sixth federal judge in the history of the United States to be removed from office by the Senate.

Now this flake is a Congressman. Go figure.
