Answer:

Grass. The little red wheels are a distraction.

The White house is dropping the so-called "Public Option" from this massive health care "reform" bill. By doing so, they have exposed the "public option" feature as the "little red wheels" in this bill.

Now it's time to find out why. What is still in the bill that they are attempting to steer us away from? What's hiding in those hundreds of unread pages that this administration wants to slip past us?
