WASHINGTON - Suspected members of extremist groups have signed up as school bus drivers in the United States, counterterror officials said Friday, in a cautionary bulletin to police. An FBI spokesman said, "Parents and children have nothing to fear."It certainly looks like idiots have taken over the FBI, but then again, how can anybody be that stupid?
A short review:
-1) Counterterror Officials(whoever and whatever they are) have sent a cautionary bulletin to police across the United States.
-2) The bulletin is telling those very same police across the United States that suspected members of extremist groups HAVE signed up as school bus drivers across the United States. Have--mind you--not attempting to.
-3) An Offical FBI spokeman, no doubt looking a bit odd with his head shoved up his butt, announced--in an oddly muffled voice--that "parents and children have nothing to fear".
It's like watching an old black and white movie of the Keystone Cops, under the direction and control of the Three Stooges.
I suppose the offical government thinking is that since they are only "suspected" extremists, we are helpless to do anything about these drivers until they actually do something.
My BS alarm just went off.
Seems that President Bush, suspecting that Saddam had WMD's, grabbed his sabers and rockets--and without a single thought as to the consequences--attacked and invaded Iraq.
If the president can do it, why can't we? We gave Super Special Junior Ranger Bush his authority, so we can sure give ourselves the power to remove suspected extremists from the school busses. Particularly when it's our kids at stake.
Civil rights? Hah... Bush doesn't believe in them. Why should we?
Addendum:
Sorry, my mistake...
Bush does believe in civil rights... for illegal aliens.
