The Southwest Valley principal who wrote a letter mocking students may be demoted to assistant principal at another campus when the Litchfield Elementary School District board meets Tuesday night. What he said, intended to be an inside private joke, was:
If your child is one of the mediocre few who excels on the homework, please congratulate them with a warm handshake . . . since finishing this homework is the equivalent of a twenty-year-old wanting to be congratulated for knowing how to tie his shoes. It is a sad fact that the homework offered by today's schools is a sick joke, and the tests required for graduation - of any grade - are so limited and unchallenging that passing one proves absolutely nothing.
Well, they do prove one thing... Today's schools and teachers are not worth the powder to blow them up.
And this guy - who made that amusing but true crack about the "mediocre few", is going to be drummed out of the teaching(lol) profession. Can't have any "aware" people wandering the halls of our worthless schools. They might expose a teacher or two to just how they are - in reality - destroying entire generations - and a nation to boot - with their stunning stupidity.
No sir... Can't have that, can we?

I believe we're not far from the days when schools are nothing but propaganda mills that preach the present lie of The Party, and kids are tested to make sure they're not too smart, or smart enough to think for themselves and figure things out!
