La Migra! Salvese El Que Pueda!

You have to read this giant whine over what happened to a bunch of illegals in the small town of Postville, Iowa.

A meat packing plant that employed many Guatemalan and Mexican illegals was raided by ICE and almost instantly the moaning, the crying, and sad-song-singing started up, not in Mexico, or Guatemala, but here... in the United States.

Read this unmitigated pap:
For years, even decades, these Mexican and Guatemalan families had called Postville home. Here, in a place first settled by German and Norwegian Lutherans and Irish Catholics more than 150 years ago, Hispanic immigrants were raising children, buying houses, building businesses.

Like the Hasidic Jews who came to the town in 1987 to open the meatpacking plant, and the Eastern Europeans who made up the first band of workers there, the influx of Guatemalans and Mexicans had both buffeted and bolstered this quiet community - until it reached a new cultural equilibrium.

In time, the newcomers became part of the fabric of Postville, which proudly bills itself as "Hometown to the World." Now, they were clustered in hiding or being herded away in handcuffs by immigration agents.
What is so damned hard to understand that all those Eastern European immigrants came here legally? That all those Guatemalans and Mexicans did not? That all those Guatemalans and Mexicans broke our laws? That they illegally entered the United States, lied about their backgrounds and nationalities, stole names and social security numbers from us, and then stole jobs from real Americans?

These illegals did not become "part of the fabric of Postville". They became the unmentioned and untalked about dirty little secret of the Postville business community. These law-breaking, low-wage thieves have stolen real jobs and livelihoods from real Americans, and yet they think they have some sort of "right" to just keep on keeping on.

They don't. They are law breakers and here illegally. Round them up, fingerprint them, photograph them, and them deport them. Give them all a little printed blurb - en espanol - that if they want back in, they need to apply at the nearest U.S. Embassy in Mexico, or Guatemala, or wherever, then learn to speak fluent English, learn American history, and finally, take the citizenship test that all legal immigrants had to take... and pass.

These whining, clueless losers like the author if this article on Postville should be laughed out of town. If this witless female loves these illegals so much, ship her out with them, back to Mexico, or Guatemala, or wherever, so she can glory and wallow in the conditions and situations those people have created for themselves in their own countries, but don't want to set straight.

Just ignore her and her ilk, what with all her whining and sad-song-singing about these law-breaking thieves - these illegals - and expose her for what she is... a non-thinking female, witlessly riding the wrong horse into battle... on the wrong side.

We used to have stories about the "headless horseman". No need for that today. Now we have bunches of "headless horsepersons", galloping around aimlessly, stirring up great clouds of dust, making loud but sensless noises... And making lemmings look positively intellectual.
