I will win. Don’t worry about that. The dude in not even nominated yet, supremely confident that there will be no convention surprise, perhaps one orchestrated by the democratic power brokers who are starting to realize what a mistake they - and the media - have made. He must be ignorng the trend in national polls also, the ones that show a steady erosion of his support.
At the fundraiser, he was warmly received by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, who called him "a leader that God has blessed us with at this time."
You just gotta love that... God has blessed us with Obama. Not the little "g" god, but the big "G" God. Imagine what a statement like that does to the ego of a guy like Obama, who already considers himself to be the "lightbringer", the "Messiah", the man the "world has waited for".
Next thing they'll be trying to convince us of is that Democrat Nancy Pelosi is actually a religious person - subject to heavenly visions - after making such a sweepingly awesome claim like that.
Yep, the democrats have brought religion into this race, but to be used as a tool... to elevate themselves. Many Christians, being the gullible suckers they are, are going around saying that the Democrats have "seen the light". Nothing could be further from the truth.
And here comes Barak Obama, glowing in the dark... just another typical Washington beltliner, talker of the big talk, promising all manner of "change".
Want to know what Obama will do if he gets to the White House? Look at his Senate record... it's all there.
