Mexican Trucks And Truckers

The Bush administration plans to begin within weeks a pilot test that will allow Mexican trucks to operate freely across the U.S.

This--of course--means that American truckers are close to losing their jobs to Mexican truckers, most of who won't understand english, won't understand our road signs and will be driving trucks that--at best--are rolling death traps.

So yet another group of Americans are about to get the shaft from George W. Bush.

Don't be fooled... the first batch of these truck driving Mexican Nationals will be model citizens(of Mexico), good drivers with safe and shiny trucks, driving only to a few designated terminals. It's all part of the PR soft-sell intended to bedazzle the morons on TV news so they will report to us how safe these truckers turned out to be. Bush will get on national TV and stumble his way through a prepared speech identifying them as exemplary examples of herioc "knights of the highway", and how all our worries were pointless and foolish, and--of course--tell us how they are increasing the security for "Merika" and all "Merikans", or something similar to that.

Then... In less time than it takes to tell... The nightmare wave of low-paid and poorly trained Flavios and their eighteen-wheeled disasters will be let loose on our highways and on us. Stand by for a jump in the highway carnage.

You need to understand that Mexican trucks are not inspected and maintained at any level we would consider as satisfactory here in the United States. Those boys just buy them--mostly already used up and worn out--and then drive them until they fall apart.

How much more do we need to realize that this traitor the White House is selling us all down the river?

How many more Mexicans need to pour across our borders before we wake up?
