Now that the Federal government has passed laws that will soon ban incandescent light bulbs across the nation, it's time to take a few measures that will keep things a bit brighter.
Those florescent bulbs are fine for general purpose lighting in many areas around our home, but for places where I need good light to read or work with, they just don't cut the mustard.
So I'm buying a full case each of 40W, 60W and 100W incandescent bulbs for our future use where needed. On to the garage shelf they go.
Oh yes, the garage. I have a 200W bulb in it, so I'll buy a few dozen of that wattage also.

Good idea. Wish I had stocked up on DDT 30 years ago, but then I had different priorities.
