NEW YORK - The saga of the scandal-plagued Democratic fundraiser with ties to Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton took another strange twist after he mailed a suicide note last week to a legal organization.This dredges up memories about that Foster guy in the Clinton White House that committed suicide by shooting himself in the back, but still had the foresight and decency to do it in a remote Washington park.
A person who saw the letter said Thursday that the note from Norman Hsu explicitly stated that he "intended to commit suicide." The person declined to reveal the exact phrasing, but said it was not rambling in nature.
Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and institute new Government.

Arkansas Suicide: A man in Little Rock called the police after finding a negro hanging from the limb of a tree on his property, tied up and covered with stabb wounds and bulletholes. Upon arrival, the local sheriff said "Yep, worse case o' suicide Ah ever diyid see."
