It's all political vomitry intended to calm the flock, nothing more.
Come next budget, the idea is that such lying babble will have been long forgotten by the sheep out there in flyover country.

The ten billion they just cut from the Medicare budget wasn't fiction. An entire department where I work got eliminated because of it.

I mean Obama/PelosiCare is a great idea need desperately to wake up: When your boss is replaced by a FULSOB bureaucrat whose sole qualification is friendship/relation to a politician, the quality and professionalism of your service is about to tank.
