I'm sorry to say it was predictable, if disappointing, given all the effort both US Defense Secretary (Robert) Gates and I have made to offer to the Russians significant ways for transparency, confidence and for cooperation. She's disappointed? Well, cry me a river. Who on planet earth would have any confidence in what she or Gates have to say about anything? They are both puppets on a string.
Just what sort of effort have the two been laboring over in order to "offer" something significant to the Russians? Can't be much more than tossing around a few half-baked ideas(they're not working) in some conference room or office in Washington.

Somebody ought to tell her how "disappointed" the entire planet is in her... And her total failure to accomplish anything of note, anything worthy of more than a passing note in history about her sex and race.
