Frightening, But Not Unexpected

Surprise, surprise:

An assessment by U.S. spy agencies concludes that Iran is prepared to launch terrorist attacks inside the United States, highlighting new risks as the Obama administration escalates pressure on Tehran to halt its alleged pursuit of an atomic bomb.

What else could we possibly expect?

Our dangerously naive government - along with those dangerously unbalanced Israelites - have been endlessly threatening, threatening, threatening to attack Iran, inside Iran, at Iranian national assets, their infrastructure, their nuclear facilities.

So when Iran's leaders start talking about attacking us with their most effective weapons available - bombers and suicide bombers - don't be surprised... just understand it's a realistic response to our never-ending threats to them.

Start worrying about that nice, big and totally unprotected target you live or work nearby. You know the one I'm talking about, it's the one you've thought of before.

Think that the desk-bound government computer jockeys with their satellite photos, or all those black-clad SWAT teams that seem to be everywhere nowadays will be able to stop the terrorists already in this country, who are here and ready to act, thanks to our wide open borders?

Not likely. Those SWAT dudes are seriously over-confident about their abilities, depend far too much on their military training and firepower, and have been totally brainwashed into believing nobody on the planet is smarter, better trained, or more dedicated than they are. Let's all hope they don't learn the truth the hard way.

They are however, quite effective at taking down untrained, often unarmed and unprepared civilians that may have robbed a 7-11 or are peddling pot. They - and their tactics - are so predictable you can set a watch by them.

Terrorists, the ones already here, are not stupid. They are not low IQ 7-11 robbing morons or pot smoking druggies. They are - without doubt - some of the best the Muslims have to offer. Quit thinking about them as rag headed 12th century cave dwellers. If they can turn that Army Major and convince him to kill dozens of totally unprepared American soldiers on one of our stateside bases, imagine what they can accomplish with their own agents, well-trained and as dedicated as anyone else.

We have been threatening Iran for years, so do you still believe they haven't been preparing for a 911 style - or worse - response all this time?

The only thing that keeps those "terrorists" here from acting is that we have not yet attacked Iran. But if and when we do - without any declaration of war - and destroy much or Iran's infrastructure? Well, stand by.

We will be seeing some truly devastating results... not over there... but here.

Just like you, I like to think all this is total silliness, none of it can possibly happen here, that I'm just babbling, spouting unwarranted nonsense.

Florida Votes Today

A bunch of Cubans, Haitians, Puerto Ricans, Mexicans and a gaggle of foreigners from other South American countries too small to list - a large percentage of them illegals - will waltz into Florida voting booths today and demonstrate who they want to be America's next president.

They will join a vast herd of retired Jews and firsters whose primary concern is always the survival of their beloved biblical homeland.

When they have completed this awesome responsibility, the national media will then regale us with tales of how they picked the wisest of the wise men - not a man who will solve America's problems - but a man who will continue to support illegal immigration, massive foreign handouts, welfare, food stamps and medical aid for the invaders and their soon-to-be-here family members, wars of occupation, vicious dictators and the occasional outlaw state here and there.

Can you spell Romney? Or Gingrich? Odd how the difference in spelling and pronunciation of the two really means exactly the same thing.

The real Florida natives(once upon a time called fellow Americans), having been outvoted and outnumbered for decades, will typically waste their day indulging in what was once an exclusive American right: Voting for the next American president.

In a glowing review of the rising prevalence of high-tech big brother surveillance gadgets in police force use, the Associated Press reports that East Orange, New Jersey plans to cut crime by highlighting suspects with a red-beamed spotlight– before any crime is committed– a “pre-crime” deterrent to be mounted on nearby street lights or other fixtures.

Incredible.

Some government lackey somewhere in a secluded room watching a bunch of TV monitors decides that he/she has spotted someone who is "acting" suspicious, so they point a "criminally branded red color" at the suspect, bathing them with this criminally branded red color, to complete what they love to call "the circle of premptive suspicion".

To East Orange, New Jersey government and police officials, everyone has become a“pre-crime” suspect until proven innocent.

What the hell is "premptive suspicion"? Or a "pre-crime" suspect"? Nothing more than fancy phrases from those in favor of a total police state, where the citizen has no rights or protections at all.

And to think we have been fretting over racial profiling, while all the time our police - with the governments blessing - have been setting up this kind of total monitoring and spying.

How out of control is this already?

Tensions in the Gulf could reach a breaking point as a senior Iranian official said Iran would “definitely” close the Strait of Hormuz if an EU oil embargo disrupted the export of crude oil, the semi-official Fars news agency reports.

The announcement came in response to a decision by the European Union on Monday to impose an oil embargo on Iran over the country’s alleged nuclear weapons program.

Take a look at the above photo. It's a large part of Iran's "navy", mostly re-outfitted fishing boats - painted grey - and with a gun mounted on them somewhere.

They would all fit nicely in the hanger bay of just one of our carriers.

Iran still has no concept of the power of the American Navy.

If Iran should try to close the Strait of Hormuz using these little bathtub battleships, one flight of aircraft from just one of our carriers will send them all to the bottom of the strait in minutes.

Presto! No more blockade.

Naval blockades only work when you have a fleet of battleships with 16 inch guns and 100,000 ton carriers with 100 or more attack aircraft on board.

Who Are They?

The government’s actions in a dispute between the Environmental Protection Agency and a husband and wife targeted by the agency when they bought a residential lot in Idaho and started building their dream home are both “outrageous” and “very strange.”

In case you haven't followed this, four years ago this man and his wife bought a residential lot, a lot surrounded by roads and houses, started the foundation work, and then three paper-pushing bureaucrats from the EPA showed up and proceeded to make their life miserable by stating that their lot was a "wetlands".

To the average individual of ordinary intelligence, this was a laughable incident and not worth losing any sleep over. Most would would have told these three defectives to get lost. But these three were government agents - EPA enforcers - with a mission from god, out to do god's work(god being whoever was in charge of the EPA at the time). And they had the power of the federal government behind them.

Quit blaming the "EPA". That's just a name, an institution, a government building with a sign on it, something that has no remorse, feelings, or fears.

It's NOT "The government's actions" at issue here. It's the outrageous actions of a few out-of-control paper shufflers - representing the government - that are suffering from severe delusions of importance and power. They are the issue.

It's the people that make up the EPA. Expose them to public scrutiny. Find out who these three out-of-control EPA agents are. Name them. Expose them. Publish their photographs. Show us all who they are. I'll bet a fair amount of federal reserve notes at least one - perhaps all three - were using their positions in the EPA as a vehicle for a personnel attack against either the man, his wife, or both.

Once they are exposed to the public, no longer shielded from exposure by their government positions, once their feelings of untouchable invulnerability is gone, they will never again act with such impunity, nor will their fellows.

And then fire them. Never allow them another government position anywhere. Not only have they proved their incompetence and their inability to handle the responsibilities of their respective positions, we also need to make an example of these self-anointed little dictators so the rest will stay cloistered in their 8 x 8 cubicles... and leave the rest of us alone.

Hmmmm... Maybe Tebow - not being a career politician and Washington insider - wouldn't be such a bad choice after all. He couldn't possibly do more damage than the above mentioned three.

Kennedy was the author of the executive orders that have cost is our freedoms.

It may have looked like they were ready for war or some deranged person looking for his late Social Security benefits.

But it was only Federal Protective Service officers with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. who were conducting a random training operation early Tuesday morning when they surprisingly showed up at the Social Security Administration office in downtown Leesburg.

With their blue and white SUVs circled around the Main Street office, at least one official was posted on the door with a semiautomatic rifle, randomly checking identifications. And other officers, some with K-9s, sifted through the building.

Automatic weapons, black outfits, dogs. Training operation my butt. It's conditioning the public to accept unknown but heavily armed mercenaries pushing them around without cause.

Our government calls them the FPS.

According to the FPS website, The FPS mission is to render federal properties safe and secure for federal employees, officials and visitors in a professional and cost effective manner by deploying a highly trained and multi-disciplined police force. As the federal agency charged with protecting and delivering integrated law enforcement and security services to facilities owned or leased by the General Services Administration (GSA), FPS employs 1,225 federal staff (including 900 law enforcement security officers, criminal investigators, police officers, and support personnel) and 15,000 contract guard staff to secure over 9,000 buildings and safeguard their occupants. FPS provides comprehensive coverage for these facilities nationwide.

They are a part of Obama's private army, the one he talked of that needed to be just as well financied and equiped as the United States Army. 15,000 privately contracted "guards" is a good start.

Infrastructrure Theft On The Rise Nationwide

What's next?

Pennsylvania State Police said today they are looking for two men who used a bucket truck to steal a half-mile of copper wire strung on utility poles in Beaver County.

The suspects, identified as David C. MacClymont Jr., 43, of Seville, Fla., and Matthew L. Christine, 30, of Punxsutawney, used the truck to remove wire providing electric service along Crooks School Road near Route 151 in Hanover. The theft occurred between 3 and 4 p.m. on Dec. 18.

Let's see here, these two guys stole some copper wire maybe worth 500-600 dollars at the scrap yard. For that paltry sum, they have given up their jobs with the cable company and are now hunted fugitives that will have criminal records for the rest of their lives.

That's stupid.

I used to think this kind of theft was impossible, stealing wire from telephone and power lines, but not anymore. I used to think that scrap yards would not take the chance of buying these large quantities of obviously stolen materials, but it seems they have no problem doing exactly that.

However, idiots like these two stealing copper wire using a cable company truck and bucket brings up the possibility of an all-new problem... Using some company's heavy equipment to steal sections of railroad track on lightly used rail lines.

And then along comes the daily train.

And what happens to trains when some of their track is suddenly missing? (hint: See above photograph)

Pentagon officials have told the House Appropriations Defense Subcommittee a gallon of fuel costs the military about $400 by the time it arrives in the remote locations in Afghanistan where U.S. troops operate.

“It is a number that we were not aware of and it is worrisome,” Rep. John Murtha (D-Pa.), the chairman of the House Appropriations Defense panel, said in an interview with The Hill. “When I heard that figure from the Defense Department, we started looking into it.”

$400 a gallon for gas. If a Hummer has a twenty gallon fill up, it costs us $8,000.

Eight thousand dollars for a tank of gas for a vehicle that gets some of the worst mileage on earth.

Now I know that Afghanistan has cars and trucks. You can even see them on Google Earth. Try to tell me that the Afghans pay $400/gal for gas. They manage to get gas for their vehicles at a fiftieth(around $8/gal) of that cost.

I smell the disgusting aroma of the likes of Cheney and Haliburtion in all this.

We taxpayers are getting so screwed.

Eight freaking thousand dollars for a tank of gas. Someboby, actually several somebodies, needs to be horse whipped, hung, drawn and quartered, boiled in oil, shot into the sun, and then severly punished for this sort of thievery.

Not In My Navy

When I was in the Navy, we used so sit around and BS about how great it would be to have females onboard our ship and who most likely would be able to score, and the best place on the ship for a bit of privacy and romancing.

Conservatives and Republican elites in the state are divided over who to support for the GOP nomination, but they almost uniformly express concern over the prospect that Ron Paul and his army of activist supporters may capture the state’s 2012 nominating contest — an outcome many fear would do irreparable harm to the future role of the first-in-the-nation caucuses.

I find it hilarious how these "Conservative and Republican elites" are panicking at the possibility of losing control over the masses.

It's about time these "elites" got their butts kicked and dragged through the streets to the stocks. Under their leadership(I use the term loosely) the Republican party has become nothing more than a pale version of the Democrats, who in turn have become Progressives, or Socialists, or Marxists.

These elites would continue to have vast influence over the likes of Romney and Gingrich, better known as Tweedledum and Tweedledee, but would have none over Ron Paul.

I have no idea whatever if Ron Paul is nationally electable or not, but if the rest of America is as fed up with the Washington insiders and the Washington elites as the average Iowa citizen, I can understand why chicken little is panicking.

Since the choices offered by either party in the last few elections has been hardly more than a personality selection from the same bucket of totally controlled robots, I have often threatened to write in Mickey Mouse as my choice for president.

Maybe this election I actually will.

Paul and Bachmann Cross Swords

SIOUX CITY, Iowa (AP) -- Republican presidential candidates Ron Paul and Michele Bachmann are trading barbs over Iran, with the Texas congressman saying the U.S. has no legitimate claim to block Tehran from developing a nuclear weapon and Bachmann calling his position wildly dangerous.

Paul brought up several valid points in the firefight, such as the fact that we faced 30,000 Soviet missiles pointed at us during the cold war and we survived that fine, and that one potential Iranian bomb is just not a threat to us - or Israel.

Consider:

Iran successfully builds one nuclear bomb. Will they - as Bachmann claims - attack Israel and the United States with it? That is just plain unthinking idiocy. Israel has over 300 nuclear devices to retaliate with and we have over 20,000. The idea that Iran will charge off into the sunset with one lousy UNTESTED bomb is foolish and unrealistic.

As Paul said... The area is already surrounded by nations with nuclear weapons: Russia, France, China, Israel, India, Pakistan, North Korea. The idea that Iran will destroy Israel or shift the balance of power with one or two bombs is ludicrous. What they will accomplish with a bomb or two is keep America from attacking them. To many smaller nations, having nuclear capabilities is the only guarantee they can have that will keep the incredibly powerful American war machine at bay.

When North Korea got their weapon, we started leaving them alone, but look what happened to Lybia. We talked them out of a potential weapon... and then destroyed them.

The bottom line is that America is the one invading and/or occupying nation after nation, killing unarmed citizens by the tens of thousands, destroying their towns and infrastructure, sending in predator drones to bomb wedding parties and people we think may be unfriendly. And not just one strike like 911 was, we do this constantly, strike after strike, day after day. We have been doing this 24/7 for years and years.

It's no wonder they hate us so much that they will fly planes into our buildings. It's the only way they have to strike back against an enemy as powerful as the United States.

It is not Ron Paul's world view that is "wildly dangerous". The "wildly dangerous" people on that debate stage were those who hold the view that Iran is the real villain in all this and that another war will solve everything.

Like it or not, the world views America as the playground bully. And one fine day, they will have had enough.

And then - it will be our turn to pay the piper.

Voter Rights

United States Attorney General Eric Holder has come out forcefully on the issue of voter rights.

There is all manner of things off-base with this:

First: Holder has a proven reputation of being basically AWOL when it comes to issues that affect the nation, other than supporting issues near and dear to the man who appointed him to the office, Barack Hussein Obama.

Second: Holder, Being a minority, should do as Supreme Court Justices do and recuse himself on issues that have hot buttons all over them concerning minorities.

Holder himself has stated that he believes a Florida law that will stop early voting on Sundays is racially motivated because blacks like to get together and vote early - en mass - after Sunday church services, many of which looks to me not like gatherings to honor God, but rather hip-swinging and gyrating singalongs at which some permanently angry and upset "Reverend" insults and hammers America.

Please do recall Obama's long-time "Reverend" Jeremiah White, who screamed from his pulpit "Don't God bless America, God damn America" and other such flag-waving niceties for our current president and possible future dictator.

Thirdly: In coming out so forcefully against the Florida law in particular, he positively demonstrates that he is indeed playing the race card over this entire issue.

Holder does not even like the idea of having to show a photo ID when you go vote. However, he is fine with you having to show a photo ID when you want to go fly a plane somewhere. To me, the right to vote is a lot more important to the nation than you flying off to visit Auntie Em.

We have voter fraud right here in Terrel, Texas. How do I know?

Mt wife has been a registered Republican for the forty some years I have known her. Two years ago, we decided to use the absentee voting system presently in place, filled in the voter forms and mailed in our ballots.

Two weeks after the election, she received a notice that her ballot had been rejected because her signature didn't match the one on record.

OK. we were a bit cranked that her right to vote had been violated by some two-bit flunky in the local election office, but that's not the point.

Ever since that time, she has been receiving mail, promotions and requests for money from the DEMOCRATIC party and Obama's people.

Our conclusion: Once her ballot was rejected, somebody at the local election office then used her name and address to vote for the democratic ticket, automatically putting her name of the democratic voter list, triggering all these mail responses she is getting.

Some folks will claim "coincidence" to which I claim "bullshit". Someone, or a group of someones at our local election headquarters was rejecting mail-in ballots and then using the rejected voters names to go vote with.

We will never vote absentee again, guaranteed, and United States Attorney General Eric Holder getting all hot under the collar over voting rights is a joke.

For that matter, so is Holder, as are the Terrell, Texas elections.

There are a whole lot of folks that need to start marking the calendars on their prison cell wall, starting with a few right here where I live.

Rick Santorum: America Second

Rick Santorum, a Republican candidate for the United States presidency, stated to a WND reporter:

The first priority of a candidate for president and president of the U.S. is to be sided with the state of Israel, and I would not be making a statement of that nature that would clearly cause a stir in the Middle East without first working with our allies to determine whether this was something that was helpful or not.

In my view, that by itself should prevent Santorum from holding any public office in the federal government.

For any national office candidate to make the statement that a State created under a dark cloud of illegality by the United Nations and a place run by a religious dictatorship has first priority above the survival and welfare of United States of America is simply unacceptable.

As a non-Jewish American, I naturally hold different views on the necessity of Israel's survival. I consider the survival of America to be far more important than the survival of this modern-day Israel, a place not created by god as so many would love to have us believe, but created by a United Nations resolution against the fierce objections of the large majority of natives already living on the land in question.

If you are capable of ignoring the religious dogma surrounding this issue, you will realize that what was done by the U.N. boggles the mind with it's criminality, and it is no wonder that the Arabs have fought this occupation since it's inception.

I require a president and a Congress that places America and it's people above any other State, nation or peoples, and any State or nation that - through it's conduct - causes harm to America be considered as unfriendly and suspect, and more reasonably... as an enemy.

By it's very existence, modern-day Israel has caused the United States great harm and loss. By supporting this highly contested U. N. created State, the United States has caused the entire Muslim civilization to declare it as an enemy, and every action we have been forced to take in the Middle East, in Iraq, in Iran, in Afghanistan is a consequence of this support.

We have invested a vast amount of our national treasure and thousands of American lives supporting this small State, for no other reason than to satisfy the wants and demands of a religious minority within our borders.

American Christians seem to completely ignore the fact that the Jews do not consider Jesus as anything other than just another minor prophet, definitely not the son of God... or anything resembling that. American Christians seem to be completely unaware that the Jews consider their entire religion to be a false belief, and by ignoring those two little facts, Christians have allowed themselves to support - at great cost - a small group of people who ridicule and despise them and their savior.

Christians have somehow accepted the idea that the location of all this, an unproductive stretch of desert and a few old ruins are the truly important issues in this conflict. They are not. The true issue is who is correct about Jesus.

If Rick Santorum Believes it is the duty of the president of the United states to consider Israel first and foremost in any decision... Well, for me, he's toast.

The Jews claim they are "God's Chosen People". OK, let them demonstrate it.

If they are correct, God will be all the support they will ever need. American Christians can withdraw and walk away without any guilt, satisfied with the understanding that final result will be determined not by group of Jews in Congress and Christians incapable of critical thought, but by God.

Predictable as sunrise:

Iran appears to be in possession of one of America's most sophisticated weapons, a super-secret spy plane whose stealth technology is the same as the drone used to monitor the compound during the raid that killed Usama bin Laden, U.S. military sources told Fox News on Monday.

Military sources confirmed that the Iranians have the RQ-170 drone, which is so advanced that the U.S. Air Force has not distributed even a photo of it. However, they did not say that the Iranians shot down the spy plane, as was reported by Iran's official IRNA news agency.

OK, boys and girls, anyone who believed that we would never lose one of our super-secret spy drones over enemy territory, raise your hand. Whether the loss was due to mechanical failure, enemy military activity or a result of leaked information on how to capture an airborne drone matters not... the chances of this happening was 100%, and so it has.

The Iranians claim they "shot it down" while at the same time telling us it was successfully landed with minimal damage. If it was successfully landed, that means they landed it. If they landed it, that means they had full control of it. If they had full control of it, that means our drone operations have been totally compromised.

Anyone who believes that this war prize will not be sold to or given access to the Russians or the Chinese - probably both - go to the end of the line.

It would be no surprise to me if the Iranians had taken control of this drone away from it's American handlers. The knowledge needed and the ability required to takeover a drone in flight would not be all that difficult to a nation or group with sufficient money and intent.

And lord knows there's enough people who have access to the drone piloting and control programs that would sell the knowledge to the highest bidder. Some might give the info away just for political purposes.

Remember Julius and Ethyl Rosenburg... They gave the Russians our atomic bomb secrets for next to nothing. And even if it is politically incorrect to mention it - America does have Arabs, Muslims and Semites of all stripes in every nook and cranny of our military and our government.

Yessir... Those ironclad union contracts are really something.

This woman Dr. Arlene Ackerman(below) - with her union-created contract and a worthless college degree - has bilked Philadelphia taxpayers out of $905,000, and now wants more.

Former Philadelphia schools superintendent Arlene Ackerman, who was given a nearly $1-million buyout earlier this year, has now applied for unemployment.

This comes after taxpayers funded a $905,000 buyout when she was shown the door in August.

The furor over Ackerman’s leadership came to a head earlier this year when it was suddenly revealed that the school district faced a deficit of more than $620 million. Some of those involved in those negotiations to help the district deal with this massive deficit became unhappy with Ackerman’s leadership style, including top city officials.

An effort arose to see that she would depart much sooner than at the conclusion of her current contract, which runs through 2014.

How incredibly incompetent must one be that reasonable people are willing to pay a million dollars to shove you out the door?

What the Philadelphia taxpayers should do is contact every school district on the planet and give them this woman's photograph and record, tell them of the shady no-bid contracts she passed out to minority businesses, how she ran up a 600-million-dollar deficit, and how she snookered them into thinking she was actually a smart and intelligent leader, what with the PHD and all.

Philadelphians should make certain this despicable fraud never finds a job in any other school district anywhere... ever. If she is a smart as she pretends, that $905,000 should last her a lifetime.

There's a lesson here for everybody... Just because someone waves around a PHD does not mean they have anything resembling brains or intelligence. It just means that they warmed a seat in some college for a few years.

I suspect that Philadelphia is not finished with this woman. They are looking into that 600-million-dollar deficit and I'll bet they'll find this woman has raked school district cash in more than meets the eye.

I suspect one other thing: That a lot of Philadelphia taxpayers are mad as hell that the powers-that-be in their school district paid this woman a single damned dime.

Cut Away Dudes

WASHINGTON (AP) -- A breakdown in high-stakes budget talks in Congress could threaten plans for a missile defense shield in Europe.

While it is not known what military spending would be cut, an expensive program aimed primarily at defending Europe is unlikely to be spared.

Let me clear the air a bit... Europe can defend itself - or not - I do not care.

Why America spends even one thin dime defending a Europe full of citizens that scorn and despise us is beyond my ability to rationalize. If they cannot defend themselves, they deserve to be conquered. If the European Nations wish to be flushed down the sewer pipes of history because they cannot defend themselves from threats like the present assault on them from the Hague or the current Muslim invasion, I'll be glad to stand by and watch.

Speaking of cutting defense spending, let's start with the the V-22 Osprey.

Touted by the military/industrial people as the best of a helicopter and an airplane combined into one, it is not. It is less effective as a helicopter and cannot equal or better the performance of the ones we now have in inventory either as a weapons platform or a troop carrier. And as a troop hauling aircraft? It's a joke.

We are told that it combines the functionality of a conventional helicopter with the long-range, high-speed cruise performance of a turboprop aircraft. What nonsense. It's only advantage over a conventional helicopter is it goes perhaps 50MPH faster - far slower than any turboporp aircraft - and for that, we have squandered billions.

It is - after all these years - still a dangerous and highly unstable craft that has killed over 30 people during its decades-long development period, and is still not reliable enough to join other aircraft in our operational inventory. Downtime and maintenance on this beast is phenomenal, far above any other aircraft or helicopter of similar capability.

It has cost billions of taxpayer dollars, the return on which has been effectively zero.

What it has done is prove that you can make a brick fly if you spend enough money and have an unlimited amount of time to make it so. That is why it fascinates and is supported by so many of our air enthusiasts... the astounding fact that it actually gets off the ground. If the computers on this thing fail, everyone on board has no chance. There is not a pilot on the planet that can keep this thing from crashing without all it's onboard computers.

This is just one program that could be cut with no losses whatever, except for the Bell-Boeing partnership created in 1986 to develop this contraption at an original estimated cost of $1.714 billion, a cost long since doubled and tripled and quadrupled - with no end in sight.

Congress had the opportunity to cancel this money pit in 1989, but the usual arm-twisting and lobbying and campaign donations by the Military/industrial complex saved this project from it's proper fate, the trash can.

The money spent on this boondoggle is not money spent for our national defense. There is a huge difference between money spent on national defense and the money squandered on pipedreams like this thing.

The V-22 is just for starters. There are dozens of programs just like it. The number of jobs lost? Less than a weeks worth of first-time unemployment claims we see week after week after week.

And as for Europes missile defence system? Let them build their own.

Sovereignty On The Line?

I have read World Net Daily for several years, primarily to keep up with the latest in propaganda from one side of the combatants in this endless Middle East war. There have been times when that has been – to say the least – difficult.

Aaron Klein, in a recent article in WND, comments about how the Palestinian terrorist groups in the Gaza Strip and Hezbollah in Lebanon are preparing to retaliate “in the case of Israeli strikes against Tehran's nuclear sites”.

Well, that's just another one of those expected one-sided daily comments in an ongoing war.

However, tucked away in the article is a statement:

“Responsibility to Protect, or Responsibility to Act, as cited by President Obama, is a set of principles, now backed by the United Nations, based on the idea that sovereignty is not a privilege but a responsibility that can be revoked if a country is accused of "war crimes," "genocide," "crimes against humanity" or "ethnic cleansing."

Now that is worth taking note of.

Based on that little jewel, it would appear that Israel could have its sovereignty revoked by the UN and even the United States if it attacks Iran’s nuclear facilities in a preemptive strike - based on a belief that Iran will someday attack Israel. Such an action would be a clear-cut case of a war crime conducted by one sovereign state against another - if they were at peace - which they are not.

These people are at war, and have been for decades. What one side does. or threatens to do to the other is pretty much "business as usual" with these combatants. Both side are patently guilty of "war crimes," "genocide," "crimes against humanity" and "ethnic cleansing," so to hear another one of these almost daily threats of annihilation, or terrible retaliation, or the interference and/or support of either sides god in this war… is about as usual as sunrise.

What we Americans should be doing in all this is take George Washington’s advice to avoid foreign intrigues and conflicts. Because – and it’s entirely possible with today’s United Nations and New World Order – our unabashed support for Israel’s aggressions could put our own sovereignty at risk. The UN and the NWO at the Hague wouldn't try to charge us with "war crimes", they would more likely try to use the "crimes against humanity" bit to strip us of our rights as a sovereign nation.

And you just know that Obama would go along with it.

To repeat the obvious: These people are at war, have been for centuries, and will be until one side reduces the other to the point they can no longer influence outcomes. The Arabs had successfully done that and kept the Jews subdued until the creation of the United States, an event that gave the Jews the opportunity to regroup, grow in power, wealth and influence, then to finally force themselves on the world as a reborn state, not one recreated by their god, but one created by the United Nations.

Revocation of Israel's sovereignty. It is entirely feasible, since it is in fact the UN that created today’s Jewish state in the first place. Whether or not such an action would be taken by the UN(possible) and the US(doubtful), and even if Israel accepted such a revocation of its sovereignty(no chance in hell), the fact that the Arabs are preparing for a counter strike against another Israeli preemptive strike, is entirely logical.

So what else is new here?

The idea that the UN, acting in concert with the NWO, may soon try to take our national sovereignty away.

There has to be a reason why Obama came up with his “Responsibility to Protect, or Responsibility to Act, as a set of principles" he supports and has submitted to the UN.

If they are itching for a showdown,that would positively guarantee one.

The "Occupy Someplace" people are - in my view - an interesting study in conflicting ideas and concepts. Mostly children of the boomer generation, they are the incredibly privileged but lazy, self-absorbed products of a lifestyle and education system that taught them nothing but pipe dreams and foolishness. The one thing they are very good at is following the beck and call of any self-anointed "leader" that claims to be anti-Capitalist, or anti-family, or anti-parent, or even anti-Christ.

Michael Moore is a typical example of one of their "leaders". Moore is a multi-millionaire, got there by being a greedy capitalist, but claims to be one of the 99% being dumped on by the Powers That Be. The Occupy crowd mentality buys into his fork-tongued tripe.

Why?

Because they are dumb, but not stupid. They are dumb because they have learned nothing from their schooling(who could with today's education system?), have no concept of critical thinking, never look ahead for potential and unexpected bad consequences, know little or nothing of the world, it's history and it's people. They represent a large group to whom logic is as alien as a Martian landscape.

But they are not stupid. They have brains that have - up to now - been used mostly as sponges for Progressive/Socialist/Marxist idiocy. But if you have a brain, sooner or later, reality starts to seep in.

That's whats happening to the Occupy crowd. They have been saturated their entire lives with the Progressive/Socialist/Marxist siren songs of the far left in school and college, bombarded by brainless pap on TV and inundated by base and crude filth from Hollywood.

These products of intense and lifelong brainwashing are finally sensing that something is very wrong. They are starting to understand that Wall Street and the Banks are not their friends, but like Kahn in Star Trek, keep missing the target.

It's not the institutions of Wall Street or the banks that are evil, it is the people that control them that are evil. They still haven't connected the dots between Congress and the cretins that are destroying America's economy and future. Congress, Wall Street and our banking system are all totally controlled by a small minority of amoral and godless thieves, pillagers and looters. They are the real targets.

Israeli Soldier, 477 Palestinians Freed in Prisoner Swap

There will be another 550 jailed Palestinian to be freed next month under the deal between Israel and Hamas.

We are told that Sgt Shalit, 25, was seized in 2006 by Hamas militants who tunnelled into Israel.

How are we supposed to interpret all this?

Right off, the claim that Hamas "Tunnelled" into Israel sounds more like another Israeli attempt to gloss over anything that might reflect on them poorly. The youngish Sgt. Shalit was most likely snatched when a few Hamas snuck across a poorly guarded section of the border and grabbed the first unaware Jew in sight, that being the unfortunate Sargent, apparently doing something other than guarding his section of the border. There were reports originally(but quickly squelched) that supported this view.

Here are a few possibilities:

-1)That this soldier is so valuable to the Israeli war effort that they would release over a thousand of the enemy to get him back?

-2)That the Jews just got tired of supporting 1,027 Palestinians in their jails?

-3) That the Jews think so little of a Palestinian Arab that a thousand of them are worth less than one Israeli soldier?

-4)That this prisoner swap is a sign that peace is about to bloom in the holy land?

-5)That the Jews have now become such world-class humanitarians that they will use any excuse to free over a thousand erroneously jailed Arabs?

Take your pick.

But, regardless of your choice, a thousand-to-one ratio makes no sense. The Jews may be happy to get their soldier back, but giving up over a thousand prisoners - most of which by now will gladly slit any Jewish throat they can get their hands on - seems a bit foolish and short-sighted.

Political pressure can cause governments to do some really, truly stupid things. This prisoner swap shows that the Israeli government is not immune to this flaw.

They keep this sort of thing up and next thing you know, they'll be competing with the United States Federal government for the title of "Stupidest government on the planet".

Time will tell.

A leading US lawmaker who fears budget cuts could delay modernizing the US nuclear arsenal voiced concern Friday about an extensive tunnel complex designed to house Chinese nuclear missiles.
"This network of tunnels could be in excess of 5,000 kilometers (3,110 miles), and is used to transport nuclear weapons and forces," said Michael Turner, who chairs a House Armed Services Committee panel focusing on strategic weapons and other security programs.

"As we strive to make our nuclear forces more transparent, China is building this underground tunnel system to make its nuclear forces even more opaque," he added, citing an unclassified Department of Defense report.

To hell with their 5,000 kilometers of tunnel. They will end up growing mushrooms in them because all their cities, their ports and industrial centers are wide-open sitting ducks, just like ours are.

What blew me away is what this "leading US lawmaker" said:

SAY WHAT?

The Space Shuttle - Afterthoughts

I consider the United States space shuttle as a high water mark for American genius, technology and innovation.

From Wikapedia:

The Space Shuttle was a manned orbital rocket and spacecraft system operated by NASA on 135 missions from 1981 to 2011. The system combined rocket launch, orbital spacecraft, and re-entry spaceplane with modular add-ons. Major missions included launching numerous satellites and interplanetary probes, conducting space science experiments, and the servicing and construction of space stations.

Major components included the orbiters, recoverable boosters, external tanks, payloads, and supporting infrastructure — orchestrated by thousands of people on the ground and crewed by an elite cadre of astronauts.

Perhaps a bit too elite, but that's for another story.

Some say that Apple Computer products such as the I-phone and the I-pad should be in that spot, but these devices were built in China, not America, giving China's manufacturing empire the edge in technology and innovation.

Wernher Von Braun (shown below standing near the 1st stage rocket engines of the Apollo) was a major force behind our successful moon landings. He was the primary designer of the Apollo series rockets, machines that today most people have no concept of their size and complexity, and how advanced they were for the day.

Wernher Von Braun's Apollo rockets, fantastic pieces of machinery for their time, could be compared - as exploratory vehicles - to the wagon trains of the old west, while the shuttle could be compared to the steam locomotives being used when the continental railroad was completed. Unfortunately, our space program never got its version of the railroads' modern diesel locomotives. NASA has been stuck with the equivalent of the old steam locomotive(good as it was) of yesteryear.

There are many advances in technology that far exceed the technology used in the shuttle. As an example, the shuttle never had an on-board computer that could begin to compare to one of today's desktop models. That- by itself - points out the major flaw in the space shuttle's design: It's extreme inability to be upgraded quickly and inexpensively as technology marched ahead.

But that was anticipated and not considered a stumbling block to our space effort. Newer and more technologically advanced equipment would be designed, manufactured and brought on line as a matter of course.

Problem is... That never happened. There are two basic causes behind our failure to advance. True, all manner of advanced designs Came down the pike. Unfortunately, they all showed the same tendency of American engineers to over-design absolutely everything, to make everything the incredibly expensive Lamborghini version instead of the affordable Chevy pick-up truck version. As a nation, we just couldn't afford to keep buying more Lamborghini's.

That's reason one.

Reason two is generally unmentionable and stirs up hurricanes of of anger and pushback when mentioned, but still remains a fact.

Women. Women wanted to get involved in the space program. And with the feminist movement happening all across in America at the time, they got a real stranglehold on NASA. Women - by their very nature - are far more safety conscious than men. Men are the risk takers, women are not, and when they gained position and influence in NASA, safety - above all else - became the number one concern.

The space shuttle was originally designed for a two-week turnaround between flights, but that's before the safety experts got involved. Any failure, or potential failure, had to be engineered out of the system. As excessively heightened safety concerns became more and more onerous, delays and cancellations became the order of the day. Turn around times stretched from weeks to months... And the original advantages of the shuttle vanished in the mountains of paperwork, rework, and makework. Costs soared. That's when the shuttle program ground to an almost dead stop.

Consider the two-year delay created when the Challenger exploded. It exploded because an O-ring on one of the booster rocket sections failed and allowed a jet of flame to penetrate the main fuel tank. Why did it fail? Because NASA was pressured to launch in unacceptable weather conditions, while ice sickles were still hanging off the shuttle and the launch structure. The O-rings were frozen solid. Frozen O-rings cannot do their job, so we lost the shuttle.

Rather than admit that frozen O-rings were the cause, NASA re-designed the booster O-ring joints to a three-O-ring configuration that was far harder to install without damage(nicking the O-ring became a common cause for additional delay), and took lots more time to assemble. The original 2 O-ring design was fine and always worked as expected. But a two-year delay in the shuttle program and a more failure prone O-ring joint was the result of NASA's inability to stand up to the national pressure to get the "Teacher-in space" boondoggle off the ground. After all, there were thousands of little kiddies in school rooms all across America glued to their TV's, waiting to see the "Teacher In Space" give her first lessons from orbit.

The result? Thousands of little kiddies that grew up believing that the manned space program should be cancelled... Way too dangerous.

How did the second shuttle get destroyed? A large piece of insulating foam detached from the main fuel tank and hit the shuttle wing's leading edge, punching a hole in it, sealing the shuttle's fate. Why did a big chunk of insulating foam fall off? Because some braindead nitwit demanded that the glue used to attach the foam be replaced with a more "environmentally friendly" glue. The glue originally used was deemed to be environmentally hazardous. Problem was, the new glue had less "holding power" than the old glue. Result? A big chunk of insulation fell off.

One must assume that an exploding shuttle smashing into the ground over a three state area had been considered as the lesser of two environmental hazards. Nope... No one ever thought far enough ahead to see the real danger of using an inferior glue.

Columbia returns to earth in pieces because of inferior glue

Safety. Must have more safety. there must be no risk involved, no one can ever ever die. This mantra permeated the entire manned space effort and - of course - greatly helped to doom it.

The Apollo and the original shuttle program represented a NASA that was squarely focused on it's mission, willing to accept reasonable levels of risk to get the job done, and as a result, got the job done. We lost three astronauts in the Apollo 1 Capsule fire because a pure oxygen environment - although risky - became a disaster.

Did you ever hear that a metal hand tool - left by a careless assembly worker - in the wiring harness of the capsule may have caused an electrical short, creating a spark, and was the probable cause of the fire?

We lost two shuttles and their crews to stupidity and Political Correctness. That in turn - cost us the entire program.

The surviving shuttles are in museums across America, mute monuments to a fantastic program that was destroyed by second-string incompetents and sheer stupidity.

3 crew members lost due to a careless worker.
7 crew members lost to a bad decision.
7 crew members lost because of lousy glue.

Goes to show you just can't engineer out all the risks, no matter how much time and money you spend.

We Americans have spent a lot - billions - of national treasure on our space effort... Only to see it end up sending those "elite" astronauts to space in the $60 million seats of a Russian rocket.

The FOX news team, all of them, are vigorously stirring the pot for another middle East war, this time with Iran.

In a campaign quite similar to their Weapons of Mass Destruction mantra that helped Bush to attack Iraq, they are beating the drums over what they call "Alleged" ties of a terror plot and the Iranian government in what they are calling "an act or WAR".

That's pretty damned irresponsible, even for FOX news.

Bleach Brawl At Wal-Mart

Two females got into a brawl Saturday at a Wal-Mart in Baltimore, sending 18 people to the hospital because of the toxic fumes created when the bleach and other chemicals they were tossing at each other got mixed in the fray.

The original news releases made no mention of the two females backgrounds, etc., but I made a bet with myself that they were members of a minority.

Sure enough, they are.

A Saturday morning of shopping turned into an emergency hazmat situation at a Baltimore Walmart where two patrons threw bleach and disinfectant at one another, officials said.

Baltimore County Police responded to a call at about 10:48 a.m. Saturday and found two women fighting inside the store.

The bleach and disinfectant created toxic fumes, forcing the immediate evacuation of the entire Arbutus store, officials told ABC News affiliate ABC 2. It closed for several hours.

Fire, EMS and hazardous materials units were dispatched to the scene, as well as 10 medics.

They claim to be protesting the thieves and crooks on Wall Street. They say they are sick and tired of being plundered by corrupt government and the money handlers in the big banks and the Fed. I can certainly agree with all of them on that.

But....

They are also demanding debt forgiveness, free college, free food, free housing. Did I miss anything? Oh yes, free sex. 24/7 free sex.

OK, they can file bankruptcy(that's debt forgiveness), and then go find free housing and free food at the city dump. They can burrow into the mountains of trash and create really nifty little burrows to play house in. They can: -1) compete with the seagulls for food, or: -2) eat the seagulls. Or - as mentioned above - they can go live in the sewers, where another pile of crap wouldn't even be noticed.

But it's doubtful... guys like the one in the photo too far gone to be salvageable - just to damned ignorant to ever be anything but what he is... A stupid fool, getting his 15 minutes of fame by publicly crapping on a police car.

Pity any non-thinking simpleton that admires this guy.

The free sex? Hardly worth mentioning. She has two degrees. She fails to mention in what. But I'll bet serious money neither one is a degree that is useful in today's business climate.

She says she has had no income for two years. What she fails to mention is that a job at Wal-Mart or McDonald's - however temporary - is beneath her. She also fails to mention that she has - no doubt - been collecting unemployment, and can use the Medicaid program and the local emergency rooms for her health concerns, which at 33, are minimal.

She claims she is "no slacker". Congratulations. You go girl. But if you've been hard at work pushing a car with no engine down the road believing you would get to ride later, and now you have discovered all your sweat equity has amounted to zero? Tough. Bad choices. Happens to the best of us.

She says she has to walk now to the library every day to look for work. The library? That should be a clue as to what her two degrees are in. How about the want ads?(no way... those jobs are for the bottom feeders)

33 years old... and a poster child for how to make all the wrong choices following the feminist dream.

Now she wants to blame Wall Street for her bad luck, a direct result of her personal choices.(the Occupy Wall street.Org at the bottom)

Go flip hamburgers. Or stock shelves. There are plenty of jobs out there that will help pay the bills, even if you may have to occasionally co-mingle with the unwashed in flyover country. Get two jobs if you must. Learn to speak Spanish, so you can compete with those 12-20 million Mexican Nationals that have invaded the United States.

And then learn to live with what those jobs pay.

NEW YORK (AP) -- The chief of the New York Police Department says city police could take down a plane if necessary.

Well now. There are two ways for New York City to take down a plane in flight... One is to have its very own a jet fighters to shoot it down, the other is a SAM (Surface-to-Air Missile),fired skyward by one of New York's best and brightest.

Oh hell yes. Let's think this through. A cop looks up into the sky and sees a jet liner headed for the Chrysler building at 500MPH. Since New York City doesn't have its own Air Force equipped with modern jet fighters armed with air-to-air missiles(which would be sitting out on the tarmac somewhere unfueled, unmanned, unarmed and unprepared), our cop will no doubt radio somebody somewhere who has the SAMs under lock and key, tells them of the incoming aircraft, who in turn tells him him they need confirmation before they authorize their perhaps military-trained rocketeers to start filling the New York sky with missiles.

By now - of course - that aircraft has already hit the building. When our hawkeyed cop spotted it, it was just seconds away from its target.

Hmmm. Who are the NYPD rocketeers to shoot at now?

But wait, you say. New york has its National Guard. Give me a freaking break. Like every other National Guard, they have obsolete and poorly maintained equipment, useless in any emergency requiring a fast response. And... Their on-site personnel consists mostly of overweight pot-bellied retired military and youngish, underpaid office jockeys who joined the National Guard for the few bucks a month they get. Besides, 99% of their personnel are in Iraq or Afghanistan anyway.

Oh wait... Maybe New York City is constructing a radar system that will spot a suspicious aircraft out a bit further than the Hudson River, to be manned by more of New York's finest 24-7, no doubt extensively trained by the FAA to be competent Air Controllers, and under rigid Union control.

Scenario:

RADAR DUDE :Mr. bigshot union boss, we have an aircraft headed for the Chrylser building! We need to shoot it down!

MR. BIGSHOT UNION BOSS: No no no... This is an ideal time to squeeze the city for more pay and benefits!

Hmmmmmm. So a NYC Air Controller manning NYC's non-existent all new and modern (spelled expensive) radar system spots an incoming aircraft - one of hundreds daily - and decides that this particular one is going to hit the Chrysler building. Sound the alarm. Inform the superiors, who - of course - are going to need verification.

Now suppose - just suppose - some total idiot in the NYC hierarchy of bosses (of which there are many) decides to authorize the NYC rocketeers to shoot down the approaching aircraft.

Where in hell did New York get the authority to shoot down anything? Much less a commercial airliner full of citizens? Who gave NYC the authority to do such a thing? That fool Obama, or one of his idiot flunkies at the White House?

Bottom line... If the NYC government has taken steps to provide itself with the ability to shoot down what they may believe to be a suspicious aircraft, they have gone far over the line and should be tossed out of office.... NOW, before they do something really really stupid.

So you have introduced another bill to do another fine-sounding something. Tell me: Exactly how will this bill - like so many others before it - even survive to do anything?

If history is a guide, it won't go anywhere and won't accomplish anything. It will simply die its anticipated slow death after having served it's true purpose: To make it sound is if something is actually being done.

Introducing an endless stream of fine-sounding bills for back-home consumption, bills that actually do nothing and go nowhere, represents a tactic that has run its course... It will no longer work.

You can not possibly realize how sick and tired I am of all of those in Washington who promise great things, but deliver only more regulations, more red tape, more taxes, more unbelievably massive and totally insane levels of debt, more lies and more despair.

I have unsubscribed from your e-mail newsletter since it serves no useful purpose other than as a propaganda piece.

You are failures, the lot of you. You have failed to support and champion the citizens of America. It is time for all of you to go.

I am an American man, and I have decided to boycott American women. In a nutshell, American women are the most likely to cheat on you, to divorce you, to get fat, to steal half of your money in the divorce courts, don't know how to cook or clean, don't want to have children, etc. Therefore, what intelligent man would want to get involved with American women?

American women are generally immature, selfish, extremely arrogant and self-centered, mentally unstable, irresponsible, and highly unchaste. The behavior of most American women is utterly disgusting, to say the least.

No doubt this guy has had a bit of a problem with a few - or more - American females that fit his description. But if you read his blog, you will go away thinking, "Hey, I know a gal(probably several, perhaps many) just like that".

Western Civilization women - including American women - are living in the greatest era for females in the history of the world. Just look at a average American female and what she has: Her own job, her own car, her own apartment, a closet full of designer clothes, the finest of food and entertainment. she has the freedom to do whatever, to go wherever, whenever. And yet, you see a stream of TV ads promoting products specifically for these females because they are "depressed".

You have all seen the above ad on TV at one time or another. It promotes the idea that women cannot be happy - or even "feel better" - without a doctor and a bottle of pills. But why is she depressed?" Shame on you, you racist, sexist, homophobic Neanderthal... for even asking. She just IS.

My Dad used to say that when I started feeling low, take a piece of paper, write down my assets and liabilities and compare. It wouldn't take long to start feeling better about myself. No expensive pills, no psychiatrist, no fancy new toy or plaything to make me feel better. Turns out he was 100% correct.

Many of today's women need to take a long look at their situation... And perhaps they would finally be grateful they are living today, here, now.

It's Just Like I Said, Only Worse

Back on March 13, 2009, I wrote a blog about NASA's big plans to replace the space shuttle.

Well, I was right on target. I had predicted complete and total disaster. Today, the shuttle is gone, and its planned "replacement", The Orion, is history. We have no way to send our astronauts back into space... unless we pay the Russians millions and millions of dollars to buy a ride in one of their obsolete, but still functional, Soyuz bottle rockets. Even our space station is under threat of abandonment as the aging Soyuz fleet starts to fail.

The most expensive, most highly trained and most under-utilized group of men and woman on planet earth, our astronaut corps, are now - for all practical purposes - seat warmers. We will no doubt send a few men back into space with a seat purchased on that Russian Soyuz because, well, you know, just because, and perhaps we will send one last woman back into space as a tribute to the tremendous success of feminism in America.

What I didn't see back in March 2009 is that our multi-billion-dollar space station would be a candidate for shut down and re-entry burnup just months after it was finally completed. I figured they would keep manning and womanning it for at least a few years, or until all that fancy test equipment wore out, but when push comes to shove, I guess its just not that useful.

Hell, even the Chinese don't want it... they are working on their own space station even as NASA's boys and girls work away at keeping those seats warm.

NASA got way too politically correct, forgot what their real mission was, and now are discovering the cost of their dalliance.

I will be quite surprised if NASA survives the next presidency and the next Congress.

But don't despair. We Americans will be able to watch the continued exploration of space and our neighboring planets through the eyes and ears of other nations... once we translate their reports into English.

College graduates do not know when World War One happened, or what the Raj was. They have read nothing except the nothing that they read, and little of that. Democracy was an interesting thought.

Ours will be a stranger Dark Age than the old one. Our peasants brush their teeth and wash, imagine themselves of the middle class, but their heads are empty.

And they rule. We have achieved the dictatorship of the proletariat. Hod-carriers in designer jeans, they do not quite burn books but simply ignore them. Their college degrees amount to high-school diplomas, if that, but they neither know nor care.

The things that have forever constituted civilization—respect for learning whether one had it or not, wide reading, careful use of language, manners, such notions as “lady” and “gentleman”--these are held in contempt.

Power Outage

Millions of people were affected in southern California and Arizona by a massive power outage yesterday.

"Officials" said it was not deliberate, but an action caused by some employee somewhere.

Color me dubious. I have realized for some time that those who hate us enough to fly our planes into our buildings surely understand that knocking out large sections of our power grid would be far more effective, devastating and long term than destroying another building or two full of paper shufflers.

That's what I thought when I first heard the news. It's so obvious and so simple. And the way our "officials" endlessly lie to us all, the story about some employee - somewhere - flipping the wrong switch may not be what happened at all.

Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa had some profane, combative words for Republicans while warming up the crowd for President Obama in Detroit, Michigan on Monday.

"We got to keep an eye on the battle that we face: The war on workers. And you see it everywhere, it is the Tea Party. And you know, there is only one way to beat and win that war. The one thing about working people is we like a good fight. And you know what? They've got a war, they got a war with us and there's only going to be one winner. It's going to be the workers of Michigan, and America. We're going to win that war," Jimmy Hoffa said to a heavily union crowd.

"President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march. Let's take these son of bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong," Hoffa added.

ROFL.... some army. A bunch of mal-educated buffoons that happen to belong to his "guild".

Well now. I'm not a Republican, a Democrat, or a Tea party dude. But I am one of those anti-modern-day-union "sons of bitches" he wants to take out.

However, I don't believe its a real war that this clown wants. He and his assembly-line crowd of loudmouthed bullies, muggers and hoods would lose in thirty minutes, and he knows it. For one thing, the real Americans he and his boys would run into in a real war are far better armed and trained in things like hunting and shooting noisy moving targets than they are .... What with their little Pop-bang toys they sling in under their armpits. More than fifty yards away they're just overweight targets making all that noise and shooting at shadows.

He's doing all this rabble-rousing trashmouthery to impress those seditious fools in Congress (the swamp critters) that take his money. They are the people you need to worry about in all this - they make the rules - based on the impressions they receive from gangstas like Hoffa, whose real job is to steer all those compromised Congressional sellouts in their direction.

Seems he is either getting very desperate... Or very confident. But it seems there is one lesson people like Hoffa and his ilk never learn:

When folks finally get completely fed up with all the skullduggery and scumbaggery, they roll over the bastards like steamrollers. Ordinary folks have always had the innate ability to put aside the rules of society long enough to truly "take out the sons of bitches".

It's happened many times before, it will happen again.

There's a big ruckus going on in a teenie little Arizona town where the local police got a bit out of hand and are now running for cover:

The Arizona town that's become a YouTube sensation for its police department hauling away a woman speaking at a town-hall meeting allegedly declared a state of emergency this afternoon, leaving many local residents in fear of what officers dressed in full riot gear might do.

The putz that started it all was Local Councilman Joe Winslow, who decided that a citizen didn't have the right to speak at a public meeting. The Mayor disagreed.

During the summation being made by the defense in the Casey Anthony trial, the defense attorney made a statement to the jury in which he said "Casey Anthony may be a lying, no good slut", but not a killer.

I almost fell out of my chair. It's hard to imagine the defense vocalizing such a statement and putting it into the collective heads of the jury, particularly at the very end of the the trial.

"Lying, no good slut" will echo through the jurors heads while they deliberate, but the tag line "but not a killer" will be lost.

It may have been a defense maneuver to have a mistrial declared at a future date.

The verdict is in, and the jury agreed with the defense attorney... A lying no good slut, but not a murderer.

What would make someone be so full of hate and, I guess, a sense of being threatened that they would want to see that person destroyed?"

What's their problem?

These "Celebrities" she asks about are - off camera - liars, cheats, adulterers, drunks, druggies, pedophiles, thieves, lowlifes of all stripes who fear anyone that may shine a light on them and expose them for what they really are... very very sick people.

I conclude that - deep down inside - the individuals that launch these kinds of attacks know they are leading lives of depravity and perversion and cannot tolerate anyone that may expose them to the public, potentially destroying their reputations and careers.

It is easy to understand why any of Hollywood's cavorting and drunken blond bimbos do not want to be compared to someone like Michelle Bachmann.

Generally decent people like Palin and Bachmann really scare these scumbags. That's why all this hatred and vitriol are tossed at them every minute of the day.

Consider the sources of these attacks. Study the lives they lead, and then decide who the losers are.

They say his brakes must have failed.

When an eighteen-wheeler is involved in a serious accident out in the southwest and the news is buried, you can pretty much be certain that the truck driver was a Mexican National driving a Mexican truck, one of the trucks that have been allowed to enter the United States without any sort of proper safety inspection or oversight, part of the administrations pilot program to allow unlimited access across our borders for Mexican freight haulers.

I imagine we will never know for sure, particularly if the driver was indeed a Mexican national... Bad press for the pilot program.

... around 11 p.m., a group of at least 60-70 African American youth marched down one of the side streets (W. Thrush) to the 4 lane main drag (Sheridan). They were yelling threats to white residents. Things such as we need to kill all the white people around here. They were physically intimidating anyone calling for help from the police. They were surrounding cars. Cars on the main drag had to slam on their brakes to either avoid the youth blocking not only all four lanes, but a large section of the side street as well. fights were breaking out among them. They were rushing residents who looked out their doors, going on to porches, yelling threats to people calling the police for help.

Those young "African American" fools have no idea how close to the edge they are.

I can promise you one thing: One fine night they will pick the wrong neighborhood in the wrong town... and none of them will live to tell the story.

They are begging for open warfare in the streets. They may actually believe they are ready for it. But being a big mouth with a pistol in the middle of a screaming mob doesn't make one ready for a 30.06 slug between the eyes.

She's asking bluntly, "Whose side are you on?"

Seems we have two choices for an answer:

-1) I'm on the side of the Constitution that requires the president to get Congressional approval before committing this nation to War, or to an Act of War.

-2) I'm on the side of a president who believes he has no limits to his powers.

Answer (1) means you also agree that the War Powers Act is Unconstitutional and thus illegal, that Congress cannot abrogate it's Constitutional responsibilities by pawning them off on to the president.

The real question is:

Ron Paul captured the presidential straw poll at the Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans, easily besting his nearest competitor, Jon Huntsman.

Paul won 612 votes to Huntsman's 382. Michele Bachmann came in third with 191 votes and Herman Cain finished behind her, taking 104 votes.

Paul was edged by one vote at this same event last year, but this straw poll success has become de rigeur at such gatherings. And, just as they have at recent CPACs, Paul's backers in the crowd here let out loud cheers when the results were announced from the stage while the regular Republicans in the audience booed the Libertarian-leaning Texas congressman's success.

Romney got a rip-roaring 74 votes, Tim Pawlenty, 18 votes.

6,000 Megawatts Gone Forever

Utility giant American Electric Power said Thursday that it will shut down five coal-fired power plants and spend billions of dollars to comply with a series of pending Environmental Protection Agency regulations.

In a statement outlining its plan to comply with EPA's regulations, AEP said it would need to retire 6,000 megawatts of coal-fired power generation in the coming years.

Does anyone understand just how much power that is? How many cities could go dark if we lost these 6,000 Megawatts?

One thing for certain, brownouts and selective power shut downs will increase dramatically.

Show me how this administration intends to replace this 6,000 Megawatts. With solar? Wind? Don't make me laugh.

Demand from these lunatics the plans on exactly now they will replace this lost energy: What kind of generation source, where it will be, how much it will cost, how long it will take to construct.

Demand that they provide replacement energy, watt for watt, before they close down any plant, anywhere.

Those who believe or think solar or wind will supply us with our energy needs are nothing more than day-dreaming fools. They just haven't done the math. At the same time, they refuse to allow nuclear plants to be built, or hydro-electric plants along our rivers, or gas-fired plants anywhere.

These Renaissance Fair simpletons think we should all scale back to the lifestyles of our forefathers in the 17th century: Mud shacks, tallow candles, outhouses, all of us raising chickens and sheep and planting wheat every year.

They intend to do this by not only making power too expensive for us, but making sure there is no power to be had at any price.

Much has been written about Barack Obama's mother. The Internet is packed with views and opinions from every angle. Very little of what has been written can be truly established as fact since Stanley Ann is dead and gone... And that so many records about her are missing or destroyed.

For me, a picture has emerged about this woman - created by the many articles I have read - and the picture is not a pretty one.

Some say this woman hated her father because of her name: Stanley. They say she believed she was named for a son her father wanted but never had. Because of this hatred of her father - who represented all things white to her - she intentionally searched out the blackest of men who would have her.

It would seem that her "marriage" to Obama Senior was one of those "marriages of convenience", wherein a foreign student marries a citizen in order to remain in the United States, in this case for Obama Sr., it was so he could finish his American education. Records indicate that they never lived together, reinforcing this assumption.

She then married an Indonesian and moved to Indonesia. However, no record of a divorce from Obama Sr. has been found.

The available data and records on Stanley Ann suggest she could have been a huge embarrassment (at the very least) to a President Obama.

Obama came out of nowhere to become president. His short and unnotable bit as an Illinois Senator is/was not sufficient to elevate him into the national spotlight, into the role of a presidential candidate.

There are powerful individuals and groups that have managed and steered this man in to what he is today: A tool trained to transform America into something it was never intended to be.

For that reason, I suspect that those who molded Obama for the position he holds today, those who supported him and paid for his expensive education and livelihood, the people in the shadows behind this American president, arranged for his mother to be removed from the scene.

Consider: His mother was still reasonably young (52) and in apparent good health, but contacts cancer and dies. In 1995 she was examined at the Memorial Sloan–Kettering Cancer Center in New York City and diagnosed with uterine cancer that had spread to her ovaries.

Said Obama of his mothers death:

I remember my mother. She was 52 years old when she died of ovarian cancer, and you know what she was thinking about in the last months of her life? She wasn’t thinking about getting well. She wasn't thinking about coming to terms with her own mortality. She had been diagnosed just as she was transitioning between jobs. And she wasn’t sure whether insurance was going to cover the medical expenses because they might consider this a preexisting condition. I remember just being heartbroken, seeing her struggle through the paperwork and the medical bills and the insurance forms. So, I have seen what it's like when somebody you love is suffering because of a broken health care system.

Sounds like a campaign speech.

There was money enough for an education at two of Americas most expensive universities, but not enough available to save his mother?

Obama had the money to be able to graduate magna cum laude from the Harvard Law School in 1991, and we are to believe that a Harvard graduated lawyer couldn't figure out how to get some cash for his Momma's operation in 1995?

Now, hundreds of thousands of women have had those particular innards removed without issue. It's a form of birth control. One must ask why Stanley Ann's diseased organs were not simply removed? Or if they were removed(in what is considered a ho-hum operation), why did she die, when many thousands of women did not?

The whole story about the death of Stanley Ann stinks.

People powerful enough to create an American president out of thin air would certainly have no problem or qualms about removing a potential embarrassment, even if it was his mother.

One thing... What the records do show is that Stanley Ann was indeed a good mother, and all the sadder the story if she was killed for political convenience.

One must wonder if Obama has ever given this a moment's thought.

The City Council in Cedar Falls, IA has voted to expand its lock box ordinance. What is that, you ask? That means residents in certain apartment buildings, as well as some businesses, have to give access to their building keys to firefighters. The council said it’s to protect the citizens in case of an emergency. But opponents say it’s a scary example of an ever-creeping Big Brother.

Is there anyone on planet earth that thinks some firefighter won't sell those lockbox access codes or keys to criminals if offered enough money, or sex, or whatever it is they need or want?

This is beyond stupid. It's criminal. The Cedar Falls City Council, by virtue of it's total misunderstanding of human nature, will be paving the way for the criminals of Cedar Falls to have a field day of crime.

If they force this issue on the citizens of Cedar Falls, they'd better have a safe place to go hide when the SHTF.

HOUSTON – Images of a smiling Rep. Gabrielle Giffords were posted early Sunday on her Facebook page, two photos that show her with shorter hair but few other signs of the gunshot wound to the head that she suffered five months ago.

It appears she may have survived with most -if not all - of her mental capabilities intact, nothing short of a miracle. Unknown by the general public at this time is whether her vocal functions have recovered.

The obvious indentation at her left temple is where a portion of her skull was removed to allow for brain swelling. By the time you read this, they will have replaced that portion of her skull.

Airline Add-0n Fees Increasing.

Airlines have doubled baggage fees and other add-ons since the extra charges took off in 2008.

Can't say I blame them... More and more people can't seem to travel with less than half their wardrobe.

Used to be that the average passenger had one carry-on and maybe one for the cargo hold. Not so much anymore. You see many more flying travelers who think the airline is also a free moving company for their stuff:

So. Let her pay for transporting all that crap. Pound for pound, it takes the same amount of fuel to move a chest-high pile of baggage as it takes for a paying passenger.

I can hear it all now: But, but... She was on the way to college! She needs all that! OK, fine and dandy. If she can afford today's tuition, she can sure afford to pay the airlines to get her junk there. And when she gets there, her first course definitely needs to be "Dress for Success 101".

Utah has passed a law intended to encourage residents to use gold or silver coins made by the Mint as cash, but with their value based on the weight of the precious metals in them, not the face value.

The legislation, called the Legal Tender Act of 2011, was inspired in part by Tea Party supporters, some of whom believe that the dollar should be backed by gold or silver and that Obama administration policies could cause a currency collapse. The law is the first of its kind in the United States. Several other states, including Minnesota, Idaho and Georgia, have considered similar laws.

This is good for everybody who wants their currency to be worth something in the coming years, since U.S. Treasury bills and Federal Reserve notes will soon be a valid substitute for toilet paper.

Why only 47 to go? I don't consider Hawaii and Alaska as real States, just U.S. possessions granted State privileges. Back when they made Hawaii a "State", Cuba would have been a better deal, but what we have now is a few remote islands full of Chinese Communists with the full set of privileges reserved for American citizens.

Yup... that would make Obama about 1/32 Irish, or thereabouts, and makes him a 32nd cousin to my wife, who is 100% Irish.

Of course, everybody is supposed to be everybody elses 32nd cousin already, or so we are told.

Speaking of my wife, she burst into gales of Irish laughter over the whole idea, stating that the only Irish who would ever vote for Obama - because of his claim to Irish ancestry - are the Irish cops in New York that have been in a labor Union for the last 100 years, and even then, they would only be following orders.

O’Leary, O’Reilly, O’Hare and O’Hara, there’s no-one as Irish as Barack Obama.

Obama's demand that Israel return to the pre-1967 borders amounts to a death sentence for a place barely hanging by it's fingernails.

Stunning as the demand was, it is far more telling since, during his presidental campaign, he sought out Jewish support and promised all manner of things to the Jews.

In March 2007, Obama said in an address to pro-Israel supporters in Chicago:

The reports of this agreement suggest that Hamas, Fatah and independent ministers would sit in a government together, under a Hamas prime minister, without any recognition of Israel, without a renunciation of violence, and with only an ambiguous promise to ‘respect’ previous agreements…. We must tell the Palestinians this is not good enough.

That's just for starters. In a 2008 release called "Jews for Obama" you can find this amazing statement:

Two realities come to mind here. One, that the Jews here in America are - and have been for decades - promoting the concept of big government with total control in which more than most, Jewish Americans have benefited from progressive ideas and inclusive politics, and two, that Obama used them to gain power without them ever realising he is a closet Muslim.

The humanity of it all! The dude is going to be "rendered unconscious" before being mutilated by a vengeful woman. A group of lawyers from the Democratic stronghold of Tucson and surrounding Pima County have launched a petition drive seeking support for a November 2012 ballot question on whether the 48th state should be divided in two.

What it should read is "A group of Mexicans from the illegal alien stronghold of Tucson..."

In southern Arizona, New Mexico, California, etc., "liberal stalwarts" is a code name for Illegal aliens, Mexican nationals, Mexican Americans and unbelievably stupid gringos who work toward and support the "Reconquista", where huge portions of our southwest is to be invaded, overrun, defeated and handed over to Mexico.

Organizations like LULAC, La Raza, The Brown Berets, etc., have no purpose other than to make this happen, to make the Reconquista a success.

I'm not even going to go into the argument about how there are "many 'good' Mexicans" in the United States. That's just an excuse to do nothing, and that's exactly what the "good" Mexicans are doing: Nothing.

One has got to wonder what all the blacks in Watts and similar cesspits of black-on-white hatred will think when they suddenly realize they have become a part of a crime-ridden failing third-world nation, when all those checks from the federal government stop. Like the "good" Mexicans, the "good" blacks in America are doing nothing to protect their homeland.

This "reconquista" challenge is just one of the many huge problems the United States faces today, now, this minute. The insanity that massive and uncontrolled immigration represents is soon to blow up in our faces... In more ways than one.

Look at Europe, Earth's shining example of liberal stupidity. Even those brainwashed simpletons are waking up to the reality that massive immigration from third-world nations has been an unmitigated disaster.

His most recent post "The Inevitable Return Of Racism" is an important read, no matter your position on the issue, which may be politically correct but completely wrong.

Those who harbor a distaste for observable reality can shriek "racism" all they like, but no amount of moral self-preening or politically correct histrionics is going to change the fact that certain groups have repeatedly and reliably demonstrated a complete inability to maintain the societal infrastructure that is required to sustain Western-style civilization. No Body To Worship

Osama Bin Laden, if we are to believe this administration, has been killed and buried at sea:

WASHINGTON – A U.S. official says Osama bin Laden has been buried at sea.

After bin Laden was killed in a raid by U.S. forces in Pakistan, senior administration officials said the body would be handled according to Islamic practice and tradition. That practice calls for the body to be buried within 24 hours, the official said. Finding a country willing to accept the remains of the world's most wanted terrorist would have been difficult, the official said. So the U.S. decided to bury him at sea.

If he has been "buried" at sea, there will be no remains whatever for his followers to obsess over, that's good. That the man ended up nothing more than fish bait is even better.

Now to a second point:

Consider that fact that Osama was killed just hours after the president authorized the operation. That's all it took - hours - for our guys to waste this dude after authorization.

I believe we have known where Osama was for years. We had offered millions in reward money for information as to his whereabouts and there is no way that somebody did not come up with the information years ago. That means Bush knew where Osama was, but - for whatever reason - refused to authorize the strike.

The number one reason?

Bush, his neocon masters, the defense department, the military/industrial complex, all those who were profiting in some way over this "war on terror" did not want him dead.

But now we have a president who finally understands we cannot keep these wars going, that we are broke, that there is a ground swell of opposition to these useless wars we can no longer afford, a president who orders Osama's removal and can declare something like "The head of the snake is gone" (or whatever), and now ramp down these wars to zero.

I don't believe this administration? Hell, I didn't believe the last one either.

What happens if another tape made by Osama pops up?

And it's about time.

Because the country's finances are a horrowshow.

Unfortunately, because our leaders are still pretending that we can have it all, Americans haven't yet clued into the fact that the only answer is BOTH higher taxes AND less spending.

Look at the below pie charts:

One thing that jumps right out at me is that the cost of healthcare(22%) for seniors is higher than their Social Security(20%).

Ok, why have we not looked into what doctors are charging nowadays?

True story:

My wife had a medical condition/situation in which she was sent to a neurologist for examination for what turned out to be compressed nerves in her spine. It's a long story not needed to be told here, but the neurologist was never needed and never did anything useful. She was sent to him several times before we realized he was doing nothing but prescribing pills that were not working.

As I later went through the bills, Medicare receipts, etc., I discovered that what this dude was charging Medicare for his services was literally astounding.

The longest visit my wife had with this "specialist" was 26 minutes. during this time, he attached what amounted to a multimeter to various appendages and did the expected "hmmm, hmmm" crap, and then prescribed more powerful and more expensive pills that eventually made my wife very ill.

Looking at his bill for those 26 minutes it broke down thusly:

Wife's office visit copay: 30.00
Office visit charged to Medicare: 1,700.00
Multimeter test charged to Medicare: 400.00
Physical examination charged to Medicare: 300.00

Total for 26 minutes and a prescription for more pills: $2.430.00

Now, tell me that this "doctor" is not a chiseling crook ripping off the government. He charged more for those 26 minutes than we both get for our Social Security in a month.

After I looked at that particular bill, we refused to see him any more.

We Americans have the unfortunate tendency to pay anything demanded for medical care, and most of the medical profession is riding that horse to death. It's a sweet racket they have, and none of them are going to fess up or change their ways without some electrical wires being attached to their privates.

I have no doubt whatever that we need to seriously look into medical fraud. If this small-town rube is raking in this much on a regular basis for doing little to nothing, imagine what's happening across the nation.

To hell with raising taxes, that's not the answer. It's governmental spending that's the problem. And one thing we can do about that is nail these cheats bilking the government and the taxpayers.

And that reminds me...

I went to a local dentist awhile ago for a teeth cleaning job. He wanted $460.00/quadrant and four separate office visits ($75.00/visit) just for his "assistant" for a cleaning job.

That's $2,180.00 just to clean my teeth! I remain totally amazed that the man is still in business.

I found out later he was a private pilot, owned a Cessna 185 and his wife drove a Porsche.

All he got out of me was the first visit cost, $75.00.

You see my point? Dentists and doctors are bilking Medicare for what has to be billions and billions for literally nothing but lip service consisitng of fine-sounding medical terms and phrases.

Now, not all doctors and dentists are thieves, just most of them. Our primary care physician we now have is one of the finest and we were fortunate indeed to have found her. Those honest few - like her - will need to be protected when the hammer finally does fall.

Tax The Rich

That's what we hear everywhere.

OK, how much money do they have? According to Forbes , the top 1,210 Billionaires in 2011 have a combined wealth of $4.5 trillion.

How much is the national debt? Over $14.3 trillion. We could confiscate every penny they have, apply it to the national debt, and not be able to pay off a third of it.

But, there's even a larger problem than that: The richest man in the world, Carlos Slim Helú ($74 billion) is a Mexican National. In fact, of the top ten richest, only four are Americans. Try to tax those foreign billionaires to pay off the American debt. Good luck with that.

Most of the rich in the world are not Americans. So who to tax? And how much? Take 100% of Bill Gates money? It's just a very small drop in a very large bucket.

We could tax every American citizen 100% of their income for an entire year ($12.53 trillion) and still not be able to pay off the national debt.

Our real problem is not who to tax, or how much, it's the insane spending Washington does.

What we must do is stop the lunatic spenders in Washington... By whatever means necessary.

Afghan Officer Kills Nine Americans

These Americans were not killed on the battlefield, or in a firefight, or in an attack on one of our bases. They were killed at the Kabul airport, a place where they most probably were unarmed, for certain the contractor was unarmed.

The airport! I am so sick of this madness I could puke. How much longer will we just be stupid sheep?

All we are doing over there is making more and more lifelong enemies.

According to Bush the Lessor, we went there to get Osama Bin Laden. We didn't get him. When Osama got out, we should have also... Ten years ago.

Get out troops out. Now.

We've been there for ten years, killing Afghan men, women and children. We have bombed their homes, their businesses, their cities, none of which had a thing to do with getting Bin Laden. Bin Laden has been gone since the assault on Tora Bora, almost ten years ago.

Those people will hate us till the end of time, and deservedly so.

And while we are at it, get our troops out of every other country they are in. No more of this "world police" insanity for us. No more protecting countries that vote against us in the UN. When asked to define natural born citizen, John Bingham, the author of the 14th amendment which extended the bill of rights to former slaves, stated, "Any human born to parents who are US citizens and are under no other jurisdiction or authority." The Naturalization Act of 1790, also passed by this congress, declared "And the children of citizens of the US shall be considered as natural born, provided that the right of citizenship shall not descend to persons whose fathers have never been a resident of the US." Neither of these definitions, one from US law, mentions birthplace, only the parents' citizenship.

Barack Obama has proudly and publicly stated that his father was a citizen of Kenya. This fact alone makes Obama ineligible to be president.

No birth certificate is needed as proof. It doesn't matter at all where Obama was born. His father's non-citizenship is all the law requires. He was ineligible from the beginning, meaning he is not the president and can be removed from office without any impeachment or trial, it requires only a ruling by the SCOTUS.

Why is this restriction imposed only on the president? Because, above all others in office, the president must be the least likely to have any allegiances or alliances with foreign nations or groups.

-1) The Constitution requires that only a natural born citizen can be president.

-2) A natural born citizen is one whose parents were both citizens of the United States.

-3) Obama's father was not a citizen of the United States.

-4) If the Supreme Court decides to do it's clearly defined Constitutinal duty, they will remove Obama from office. If they don't, he stays in.

The combination of rising gasoline prices and the steepest increase in the cost of food in a generation is threatening to push the US economy into a recession, according to Craig Johnson, president of Customer Growth Partners.

With gas prices now standing at about $3.90 a gallon, energy costs have now passed 6 percent of spending—a level that Johnson says is a "tipping point" for consumers.

Talk about not seeing the forest for the trees... This dude goes on:

"Energy is not quite as essential as food and water, but is a necessity in today's economy, and when gasoline costs more than bottled water—like now—then it takes a huge bite out of disposable spending," he said, in a research note.

Everything we buy and use is brought to us by trucks that use gas or even more expensive diesel. Where I come from, gas and diesel are called "energy". So gasoline and diesel are not only "a necessity in today's economy", they are essential to our survival. They are the very method by which we get our food and water.

How many items in your local grocery store will still be available to purchase if the delivery trucks stop delivering? How many miles will you be able to drive with the gasoline left in your tank when your local gas stations run dry?

Keep in mind it is Obama's plan to make our energy costs skyrocket. He told us so. He intends to force us out of our present forms of transportation by making fuel too expensive to buy. The major problem with that is that there are no available alternatives for us today, other than that Chevy "Volt" that costs $40,000+, a car now catching on fire, a car being manufactured by the same people who install the wrong steering wheels that then fall off. And they've manufactured only around 30,000 of them. Hmmm, we have about 60 million gasoline and diesel vehicles that will need replacing. That means were just a few short of enough.... By about 59 million or so.

And how will Obama make fuel too expensive? Simple. No new exploration or drilling. No new refineries(in the United States), but in places like Cartagena, Columbia.

True, six new permits have been issued. So what? New regulations are making it impossible to drill, even with a "permit".

How about massive new taxes and regulations levied against our energy companies? Obama's Cap and Trade program has been stalled, but his regulatory Czars are proceeding full speed ahead with the plan by using regulatory edict rather than law.

Even if you could afford one of those new all-electric Chevy fireballs, there won't be enough electricity to keep it running. You won't be able to buy gas for your ordinary car, so welcome to bicycle world, sucker.

Wake up... Obama and his greenie buddies intend to shut down our present coal-fired plants and not build any new ones, and no new nuke plants either. Oil fired plants? Have you not been watching the price of oil lately?

Phase out our coal-fired plants, let the present nukes expire at the end of their productive life and build no new ones, no oil-fired plants, no natural gas fired plants. Maybe wood-burning plants?

Have you stopped to consider how long it takes to build a major electrical generating plant, regardless of energy source? Not months, but years, longer with the environmentalists fighting you every step of the way. Today - right now - the environmentalists are fighting the construction of wind and solar facilities and their associated equipment tooth and nail. They want none of it. Their opposition is adding years to the completion date of these projects.

Wind and solar? There is no way possible to build enough of either to replace our present electrical plants in the next decade of the following one. Period. End of story.

Bottom line? If Obama and his cohorts get their way, you won't have enough electricity to keep going, not for your house, not for your car. None of us will. Brownouts and enforced blackouts are in our future.

The reason is simple. Obama and his fellow conspirators want to do all this stuff today - now - not ten or twenty years down the road, when we have constructed enough alternative energy sources to replace what we are using today. So get ready for a life with huge shortages in electricity.

To see what that's going to be like, go find your electrical circuit breaker box and turn off all of your electricity for the next 24 hours. If you think you're a toughie, turn it all off for 72 hours.

No lights, no TV, no computer, no video games.

No heating or air-conditioning, no freezer, no refrigerator. Even if you have a gas-fired central heating system, it needs electricity to operate, so it won't run either.

No hot water for showers. If you have one of those new fancy aerobic sewer systems - instead of the old reliable septic tank - it won't run either, so you won't be able to flush your toilets.

None of your fans will run.

You will be in the dark, nothing to do but sit, freezing or sweating your butt off depending on season, and all your food in your refrigerator will rot away.

Welcome to Afghanistan, welcome to the 16th century.

See how much fun that's going to be.

Then - maybe - you will start to understand what the consequences are from what this president intends to do... and is presently doing.

NASA Has Thieves. So What Else Is New?

I'm not surprised:

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - In June, NASA’s space shuttle program will take its last flight. The Action News I-Team has uncovered some problems NASA is facing on the ground.

NASA reports obtained by the I-Team show $479,108 dollars worth of high-tech equipment simply vanished at Kennedy Space Center in 2010.

When I was working at the SSCL (Superconducting Supercollider) in Texas, they discovered an employee with a huge amount of SSCL property in his garage.

This guy was either so arrogant or so stupid that he didn't consider it necessary to stash the loot in a storage shed somewhere, he kept in his garage. Even after having been discovered, the man was allowed to remain on the job while the "investigation" proceeded.(laugh here)

He was there until the collider project was cancelled by Congress.

During that time, he was provided full pay and benefits, although he was not allowed to perform any work, only to remain at his desk under the watchful eye of SSCL security. He mostly read books, listened to music and news, and played cards... for eight hours a day. But he was severly punished: Nobody would go to lunch with him.(Cry here)

You see... He was black, and the SSCL folks had no desire whatsoever to stir up the black caucus hornets nest in Washington by appearing to be anything less than totally, completely 100% fair while handling this case involving what the black caucus would without question instantly believe to be the racist persecution of a victimized minority.

You see... Any action or activity that could even remotely damage the SSCL's chances for more federal money was absolutely forbidden. Not that it mattered in the long run, they still got cancelled.

NASA - I'm quite certain - has barely scratched the surface of internal theft. I'm also quite certain that little if any real action will take place over all the losses.

Same kind of situation arose at LANL (Los Alamos National Laboratory) when I was working at the Meson Physics Facility Accelerator Division. Another minority, this time a Mexican.

So it's not anything new to discover huge amounts of thievery at government facilities.... It's gone on forever, and generally never prosecuted successfully because of the minority minefield.

But what the hell.. It's only taxpayer money... and all the stuff was used.

And besides, literally everyone walked away with U.S. Government pens and pencils in their shirt pockets and briefcases, and nobody got excited over that either.

Rumors are it will be ugly.

Sad, but not surprising:

NEW HAVEN — A Yale University student from Massachusetts died in an accident Tuesday night at the Sterling Chemistry Laboratory, Yale officials said Wednesday.

Michele Dufault’s hair got caught in a lathe, a piece of machinery that spins very quickly, and it pulled her in, sources said. The state medical examiner’s office reported that Dufault died from accidental asphyxia by neck compression.

You take a young girl with little or no real experience around power machinery, no real operating instructions other than perhaps how to turn it off and on, no classes on safety procedures, and let her loose alone on something like a shop lathe in the middle of the night(she was found at around 2 AM), and these results are - as I said - sad, but not surprising.

Take even a small electric hand drill and have the bit twist itself into your clothing. The result is frightening and unnerving.

More than 150 people gathered to remember the young woman, recalling her "warm and welcoming smile and brilliant, curious intellect". Seems that perhaps brilliant intellect is not enough to keep one alive if there is no common sense involved. Common sense would have warned this girl that leaning into a spinning lathe with extremely long and loose hair was a formula for disaster.

Yale President Richard C. Levin, in a statement issued Wednesday evening, called the incident “a true tragedy,” and said he is initiating a “thorough review of the safety policies and practices of laboratories, machine shops, and other facilities with power equipment that is accessed and operated by undergraduates.”

No kidding. This was far more than just “a true tragedy”. It was an accident waiting to happen. I worked in several different government laboratories and facilities (LANL, SSCL, PMR, WSMR) where these college types were in close proximity to dangerous equipment. It was my experience that most of those brilliant intellectuals with all those high IQ's couldn't find their ass with both hands when it comes to operating power equipment. Most of them shouldn't even be allowed near a hammer.

And allowing one of them - particularly a long-haired school girl - near a operating lathe alone should be considered as criminal negligence.

This incident graphically demonstrates how an intellectual can fool themselves into thinking and believing that - because they are smart - they can do anything that all those lesser humans out there in flyover country can do.

Wrong.

I may seem a bit harsh here. It was a horrible way to die. But sooner or later it must be realized by everyone that these Harvard/Yale types may be smart as hell and unbeatable in some areas, but in many others they can't be trusted to be better, smarter, faster... Because they are not.

"I just miss - I miss being anonymous," he said at a meeting in the White House. "I miss Saturday morning, rolling out of bed, not shaving, getting into my car with my girls, driving to the supermarket, squeezing the fruit, getting my car washed, taking walks. I can't take a walk.

I miss his being anonymous also. Things were a lot better when he was.

And as far as his taking a walk, I sincerely hope that the next election provides him the opportunity to do exactly that... To take a walk.

We are all alarmed at the rising gasoline prices which continue to go up and up and up.

Buy why are we surprised?

Obama told us all that according to his plan, energy costs would necessarily skyrocket.

His plan? Raise the cost of gasoline and diesel so high we can't afford to drive our cars anywhere, ever. He wants us all to trade in our gas guzzlers for those $40,000+ electric vehicles that will -unfortunately - have to use electricity from coal-fired plants to run. How many of you have done the numbers to see how many new coal-fired plants it would take to replace the oil we use today in our trucks and automobiles? We would have to double the number of coal-fired plants to keep up with the energy demand.... Just for starters.

If you think that Obama appointed EPA administrator Lisa P. Jackson will allow us to build new coal-fired plants in the numbers required, you're crazy. Even if Obama were to allow the EPA to issue permits to build all those coal-fired plants, it would take many billions of dollars and decades to build them. Meanwhile, we would walk everywhere.

Oh, you say, solar and wind farms will provide all the electricity we need. Get a grip. It has been calculated that it would take a solar farm 100 miles square (10,000 square miles), to replace our coal-fired plants. At the present cost of solar panels, there is not enough money in the entire world to buy 10,000 square miles of solar panels(and the required support structure and power lines), and even if there was, it would take decades to manufacture them.

Want a small scale example of solar? Check this out. 2.5 million solar panels on 3,500 acres, generating 400MW, enough to power the homes in Fresno, California. Not the businesses, not the factories, not the downtown offices... Just the homes. One city, and this 3,500 acre unit would produce power only in the daytime. What would they do at night? And what happens when a hailstorm destroys who knows how many solar cells? They are very fragile.

Imagine the cost to clean 3,500 acres of solar cells. Yes, they have to be cleaned regularly or they lose efficiency.

As for wind power, it's an even gloomier picture. The only thing free and/or inexpensive about wind power is the wind. Everything else is incredibly expensive, far worse than solar.

Bottom line? There is never going to be enough electricity to let everyone replace his present automobile with one of Obama's fantasy green machines, which really won't be green at all. So most of us will have to take public transportation that at present does not exist.

Ah yes... Public transportation. One thing the United States does NOT have, is an efficient public transportation system. It would - once again - take many billions of dollars and decades to create one that could replace the private automobile nationwide. You can bet real money that huge sections of the United States would be without transportation other than horse and carriage... and bicycles.

Progress dude, progress.

So what is Obama doing to realize his green machine fantasy? To get us out of our "gas guzzlers"?

He is trying - for the third time - to eliminate tax breaks for oil companies. Now, who do you suppose will those tax increases be passed on to? Men from Mars?

He has placed a ban on our drilling and pumping for more oil, something we have plenty of. We have billions and billions of barrels of oil in our shale oil deposits. Obama, and this soldout Congress, will not let us develop this resource.

He actually went on national TV and encouraged revolution in the Middle East nations, particularly the ones with all the oil. Result? Higher oil prices. Unintended consequence? Not a chance.

He has gone to Brazil and given them two billion of our tax dollars to help them drill for oil where he is not allowing us to drill, so we can be "one of their best customers". Total nonsense. We won't be able to afford Brazilian oil.

The man is not acting sanely. He has surrounded himself with progressives, radicals and communists, all of whom wish to see the destruction of America, and he is working hand-in-hand with them.

Obama and his inner circle of "advisers" are right on schedule with their nefarious plans. These people, for all their high IQ's and expensive college educations, are the stupidest people to ever walk on the face of the earth.

Bottom line: Obama is quite satisfied with the progress they have made to date. Do not look to this administration to do anything other than what it is doing now.

Most of all, do not look for relief from these rising fuel prices.

"It will be necessary to kill them."perhaps as many as 25 million". Keep in mind that the Holocaust killed only 6.5 million.

These are the kind of people running this government today. They hate us, they hate our country, they hate our representative form of government. They hate free enterprise. They hate you.

Now they are in charge and are succeeding with all their plans, supported and aided by a nest of progressives and socialists in Congress.

Don't whine and cry when the hammer falls. We are the ones who put them all into office legally and lawfully, and if we continue to be lawful and legal, in office is where they will all remain.

The $2,500 Happy Meal Toy

NEW YORK (CBSNewYork) – San Francisco’s already done it, and now New York may follow suit. New York City Councilman Leroy Comrie thinks the city should consider a ban on “Happy Meals” and similar fast food promotions aimed at kids unless those meals meet certain nutritional standards.

Nutritional standards, like 500 calories or less. How many calories are in a Happy Meal anyway?

According to McDonald's, a Happy Meal with Chicken McNuggets varies from 390 to 500 calories.

A happy Meal with hamburger varies from 450 to 590 calories, and a Happy Meal with cheeseburger varies from 500 form 640.

So, the biggest calorie culprit McDonald's has to offer in a Happy Meal is 140 calories over this Councilman's limit.

How many calories does a average child need daily? According to the American Heart Association , children aged 4-8 need 1200 to 1400 calories a day, children aged 9-13 need 1600 to 1800 calories daily, above the age of 14 need 1800 to 2200.

Even for the youngest kids, two Happy Meals a day are no big deal, for the 9 year old kids, three a day won't hurt.

Sez the councilman:

It comes as no surprise that these ads and meals are also targeted in low income and minority neighborhoods that are already at risk for childhood obesity.

Ok, if that's true, how many low income minority families can afford two or three Happy Meals a day... per kid? Not very many it seems to me.

As usual for his ilk, this councilman cannot resist the chance to insert racism into the conversation. Same old song, same old dance.

After studying the articles from McDonald's and the American Heart Association, I conclude that the McDonald Happy Meal with Chicken McNuggets(390-500 calories) should - in all fairness - be removed from this councilman's hit list since they already comply to his demands.

To be honest, my conclusion is that this councilman should be tossed out of office. He's an idiot that can't understand hard things to learn... like numbers. Even if he can add and divide, he's playing the blame game to the hilt... Blaming the big evil corporation for the failure of irresponsible parents to control what their kids eat.

The federal government spent over eight times it's income in March.

$1.0528 trillion in spending for March equaled 8.2 times the $128.179 in net federal tax revenue for the month.

The lion’s share of this federal spending went to redeem Treasury securities that had matured during the month—most of which were short-term Treasury bills that have terms of one year or less.

Treasury securities. T-bills. Those are what the fed sells to pay for the spending it has no money for. It's called "borrowing". They borrow money(a loan) from China or Japan or George Soros, in this case for one year, print up some T-bills as collateral, blow the dough, and then pay off the loan - plus interest - in twelve months.

We borrow real money using valueless paper as security. But when we have to buy that junk back, we have to buy them back with real money... Which they get by selling more paper.

So far, that strategy has resulted in a fourteen trillion dollar national debt. We can all now see how what that's working out.

Eight times income. Jeez... No bank on earth would let me do that for a one year loan, month after month after month.

Maybe if I started printing valueless B-bills(Bob bills) and sold them to the Chinese? After all,"we" are the government, and "I" am a part of "we", so it ought to be legal. Right?

OK, then explain to me why you think it's just fine for the feds to do the same thing.

An Apocalyptic View

Think I'm a rabid doomer and gloomer? How about this:

The US Dollar's inflationary death spiral continues. We've now taken out the 2010 low leaving only two more lines of support before we're in completely uncharted territory.

At its current rate of collapse, the US Dollar will do this within the next 3-4 months. This means the greenback will break into a new all-time lows by 2H11, which will precipitate the coming inflationary collapse.

It's pretty much a straight line down to the very bottom should that happen:

If the dollar collapses:

Food and fuel costs literally skyrocket. You won't be able to buy either when your paper money is worth less than your toilet paper.

Fuel costs explode nationwide. That shouldn't severely affect those of you who have stashed away a few drums of petrol, at least for awhile. Where it will get you is the inescapable fact that nationwide trucking will cease. If diesel or gasoline costs rise to he point that truckers cannot afford to fill their tanks, it's disaster. No trucks running, no deliveries. No food, no gas, nothing.

You have stashed away gold and silver for an emergency. Big deal. The Hope diamond won't buy you food or fuel that hasn't been delivered anywhere for a hundred miles in any direction.

Now maybe you aren't the kind that is able to accept the reality that will settle in, but understand this: The grocery stores and the gas stations will have nothing but empty shelves and tanks. The warehouses and storage facilities in your area will be taken over by heavily armed gangs who won't give a damn if you - or your family - are starving.

There are plenty of people out there that will kill you over a can on beans, so if you've been stashing food also, better hope nobody knows.

Think the cops or the government will be there to defend you? Or any of those bureaucrats in all those government offices? Not a chance. Try to imagine your Mayor or Police Chief sticking around to face a street full of starving and desperate people. Hah - they will have vanished like the morning mist - and just as quietly, into safe zones and shelters your tax dollars have built, protected by those very cops you thought would be there to help you. Only in Hollywood movies do the authorities think of anyone other than themselves.

You will be on your own, so good luck.

Best to hope that this coming financial collapse doesn't happen overnight. Hope that it is stretched out over a period of months - even years - Most of us will be able to cope with that. We can't fight off a tsunami, but we can cope with slowly rising water.

Hope. Yessir. That's Obama's big answer.

Maybe the world should burn a Koran a day until these nutjobs get over their ludicrous hyper-sensitivity about it. To kill nine of their own people over an issue they cannot possibly have any control over is just plain dumb. No, just plain crazy.
